These are really strong and very stable on the track

As long as the track is securely mounted it will work fine.

Q: Will this fit on the tracks on a Hobie Compass kayak?

Yes, this product will fit a Hobie Compass Kayak. There are two types of T-Bolts in this kit. They should fit just about any brand of kayak tracks, with the exception of FeelFree, as well as most aluminum boat tracks.
