Amazing product, it is different than the typical silver aluminium ones which in the market. Stylish and totally worth every penny spent. It has a really good built in quality with double flask for safety. It also heats water really fast.

This is a very effective kettle and heats in proper time. The cord length is also decent as well as it is heat resistant as in you will not get burnt if you hold it. it is a value for money instrument. Buy it with eyes closed if you are looking for a basic yet value for money kettle.

This is a very elegant-looking kettle by Philips and has been working quite well since I purchased it. Initially, I felt the power cord was a bit short as the base was not resting flat on the kitchen platform, and was about to return the product, but after straightening out the kinks, the problem resolved itself. Even then, I wish that the length was at least a foot longer.I also felt that the wattage appeared to be less vis-a-vis the capacity and the water took a a few minutes more to boil compared to my previous kettle. I would have expected a wattage of at least 1500 W for a 1.5 litre kettle.

First of all the plug is big ...it could be highly possible that you might not find such big sockets at home or anywhere you travel...Result had to get a convertor as soon as got productSecond shortcoming is the wall is not steel inside ...while it could be a better heat resistant plastic assuming it's from Phillips but it should have been steel and most importantly where that stainless steel 304 or whatever is applied on wall is nowhere to be seen except the baseThird issue...the wall gets heated.not sure how many people review that it's not hot while boiling but that's totally false, it heats from outside especially near base it gets significantly hot and that heating is also mentioned in the paper work provided..so it's not cool outside as mentioned in description as well as by other reviewFourth shortcoming...cord length is short...so I won't recommend the product if travelling because you never know where the socket would beAll in all no way worth the price and Philips has significantly broken trust with their kettle. Very good built quality and it looks super premium.The double body layer ensures that it is not hot from outside which makes it super safe.The best feature is the auto cutoff as soon as water is hot.Quickly heats the water with very good speed.The cord and charger is of great quality with power plug and good cord length.Comes with a filter as well and is very easy to clean.Overall a fabulous product.

Amazing kettle by Philips, its double layered kettle with 1.7L capacity. Its very useful product specially in winters to heat water. It heats water quickly. Its design is very nice elegant. Its auto shut feature makes it very safe to use. Worth the money.

The lid could use a bit more modification, as it doesn't close on it's own. Other than that, it's a good product.
