Great size and even steam, shoddy materials and construction
We absolutely love the size and consistency of steam with this steamer, as we have a family of six and steam often. That being said, it leaks badly. We put a large, folded towel under it when we use it. In less than a year, two of the three baskets have broken badly in the corners with normal use. I actually came back to my Amazon orders to see if I could find replacement parts for a product we bought this year.

I'd be completely satisfied if the timer worked
I LOVE my steamer but the timer does not work. It doesn't move at all once I have set it. Not sure if there is some way I can fix it or if it is just a defective item. I would love to hear from Amazon so I can get this taken care of.

I love the steamer very much. It is very easy to clean, it is very easy to operate, and it seems foods fast and well. He has the setting that show you the time for specific food preparation.overall it was a great purchase. However I bought it way cheaper so the price on Amazon looks like a bit too much for it.
