This Bosch 9kg front-load washing machine performs exactly as expected. The wash quality is excellent, removes stains effectively, and handles large loads with ease. The machine runs quietly, uses water efficiently, and the programs are well designed for different fabric types. Build quality feels solid and the overall experience has been smooth so far. A reliable and well-balanced washing machine that delivers on its promises.

It is a fantastic machine. I am happy with it. It cleans very well, efficient, requires less water and energy. It vibrates and make a little noise during spin cycle as other machines also do. But, the installation service of Amazon is horrible. Even after three complaints and three times of rescheduling of installation, they did not arrive till date. You will have to manage installation yourself.

Bosch is no doubt a reputed brand but dot consider buying from amazon I ordered this item on October 1st, and it only reached the warehouse on October 30th — almost a month later. It was finally delivered on November 4th after a painfully long and frustrating process. Throughout this time, I contacted customer care multiple times and ended up speaking to around 50 different agents. Not one of them had any visibility into the status of my product. The experience was extremely unprofessional — I was constantly transferred from one person to another, with no resolution or accountability. To make things worse, my emails and escalations went completely unanswered. And when the product finally arrived, it was missing the inlet pipe and user manual — both of which are clearly mentioned on the website as included in the package. It honestly feels like the package was tampered with. The best part is the person coming for installation is already sure that parts are missing and he said "we might have to purchase inlet pipe if missing for 800 RS" which indicates he has done many installations and he found this missing. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I had expected far better communication, transparency, and product handling. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this experience to anyone.

I recently purchased a washing machine, and after using it for a few weeks, I feel ready to share my thoughts. Overall, the product is quite impressive, but there are a couple of areas that could use improvement, particularly in the installation process. Ordered on 16th Jan and delivered on 18th Jan25 for best price as per current market values(₹30990/-.) Let me write cons first Cons: Installation & Demo: Feels like there is no control of amazon on installation. As I did not have 5A to 16A converter there was no demo. This was where things started to go downhill. The installation process was lackluster at best. There was no comprehensive demo or proper guidance on how to operate the machine effectively. I was hoping for a better walkthrough of the features, but instead, it was just a quick hookup and done. As a result, I had to rely on trial and error for a few functions. Upselling Accessories: Another major downside was the recommendation to buy additional accessories. When I ordered, I was told I needed to purchase a cover stand separately, which I didn’t mind at first. However, what really irked me was when they asked me to buy an adopter for ₹350, even though Amazon listed it for only ₹200. This felt like an attempt to overcharge for something that should’ve been clearer upfront. Pros: Build Quality: The machine feels sturdy and well-constructed. The materials are high-quality, and it seems built to last. There’s no flimsy plastic or cheap parts – you can tell the brand put effort into the durability of this model. Smooth Operation: The washing machine runs smoothly without any loud noises or weird sounds. It's incredibly quiet during operation, and washing clothes is efficient. No complaints about the washing performance – it gets the job done! Vibration Control: One of the standout features is the low vibration. It doesn’t shake excessively, even on spin cycles.

People the washing machine is amazing but the authorised service centre at Jammu was horrible .. the engr who came did not even remove the locks of drum neither.. neither bought the accessories nor started and test operated the washing machine … but the service at Bareilly was very good..Thank you Bareilly Bosch team

I am reviewing this machine after 10-11 months of usage. I am not sure if the problems that are occurring to just our machine but it should be showed to make everyone aware. At spinning cycle, the machine makes noise and vibrates like it’s going to shake the entire floor. When I choose drum descale cycle or spin/drain cycle with no load, machine runs smoothly. It will appeal like drum is not moving(that good). I have tried everything, less load, high load, medium load, different programs but when there are cloths in it, machine shakes. I have scheduled service repair visit as it is still under warranty. Will update this review timely. If you are buying this machine, certainly hold your decision.
