This is an excellent product with a good price. I have bought this before but left it at a family member's place. I ordered another one to send for another family member and sent link to 2 of my friends who bought it as well. So I don't actually have it to use now, it's out of stock anyway. I have different brand where I can remove the water holder so I can add things in the water holder scents etc and wash it off which I can't do on this particular product I am writing a review on. But I like it as it's excellent quality to other ones, the water holder which you can't separate is holds lots of water. My brother's family use it for their kids when they have cold etc. You can also adjust direction of the steam.

Liked it a lot it's a fabulous product made my skin so hydrated and baby soft..only couple of things I didn't like-the cable should have been a little longer and the steam was a little smelly maybe because of first use but I don't know exact. Overall a great buy. Happy with the purchase

Updating my review as I got a second one identical and the steamer has leaked and overheats all the time. The water level and power button always has condensation. So this unit was faulty.Great for blepharitis and cold & sinus problems, not just skin. I don't use the brush much because I'm cautious about how things like that might be aging but the bristles seem particularly soft, so I think it's probably fine to use every fortnight. I don't use the hot / cold thing much but it's good.

I was very excited to try this out as I've heard all good things and I do my own facial once a week.It was refreshing it arrived without additional Amazon packaging, although the address label covered up some of the text.This really is the queen of facial products as it includes a hot/cold bar and a brush/sponge battery cleanser.The main thing however is the steamer, which is fairly compact.My initial challenge was finding distilled water which was not as easy as it sounds! (It can be bought on line in large quantity and in some big supermarkets).Next, there are no clues as to what the Five Step Routine is! Not on the packaging or the instruction manual. That gives you clear instructions on how to use all the items though. I found the s step routine on their website.Each product is easy to use and is ready fast.I have now followed this routine 3 times in two weeks and while I notice a difference, it's similar to when I do my own weekly facial: cleanse, stub, mask, moisturise. I know it says to use the steamer 2-3 times a week but that's just too much time for me.Also, apart from the Cleanser (5-10 minutes) I can't see how long each should be used so I have guessed each time.I can't see any real difference in my skin, apart from it's a little softer, but I get that from my usual 2 minute facial anyway.The hot/cold bars help as you have to be away from the bathroom to plug things in so hot/cold water isn't as close by. So this feels like something you just need in a salon.I do love the Cleanser and I only use it for less than a minute most mornings and it leaves my skin feeling softer.
