Although the Galaxy pad did not fit my phone service this seller was very kind about the return. I will recommend this seller to all looking for a good deal.

The item did not arrive factory reset as expected. After a bit of troubleshooting with Amazon Support and the seller we were able to get the device reset and functioning. Seller provided great communication when contacted about the issue.

Its a refurbed Verizon and won't let me download my att apps....

You can't go wrong with Samsung! This is a great tablet. Works wonderful!! I love the 10-inch screen. The keyboard display is large and easy to use. Although it was refurbished, it's like new!

1) The biggest draw back of this tablet is that it requires you to use the original charger that came with the device. You will be unable to charge the device otherwise, even with other Samsung USB chargers, I tried. I even tried other brands like Apple, Aukey, Google, etc. You will get a warning message on the screen telling you to use that specific charger! The charger you need is the Samsung ETA-U90JBE.2) Never let the batter get below 3% or you may never be able to charge the device again. The motherboard requires x amount of amps from the battery to determine if the battery can be charged. Otherwise you may have to replace the battery. My device would not charge at all when off and when powered on, it would die right on start up. I got lucky and plugged the power cord in right when I saw the screen light up and it decided it was okay to charge the battery before it would shut down like mentioned above.3) Verizon is the one responsible for pushing updates for this device, not Samsung. Therefore, you are stuck with Android version 4.1.2. Whereas the non sim card version will get Android 4.3. IN ADDITION ADROID 4.3 is the lowest version that Netflix supports for downloading offline content for!
