Didn't fit I can't put my spare tire back up

The square ends are too weak and will round out....
It winched the spare tire up but when I tried to wind it back down it rounded the square end on both extensions. It is not because of the winch cause I had it out and reconditioned it..The ends are to weak and should be hardened like the original factory ones..very displeased. That was the main reason for the purchase.
