We purchased this tub for a client, and from day one the door was not level and the seal didn’t work. This caused a small flood in the bathroom that we had to fix ourselves. I can understand a defective part slipping through, but the real frustration has been the customer support. Even after our plumber emailed them photos and videos of the problem, they refused to provide a new door. Instead, they insisted that their engineer said only a new seal was needed. That solution did not work, and according to our plumber, it was not the correct fix. The leak continued, and the entire experience has been a nightmare for both me and my client. I would not recommend this product.

I was impressed by the workmanship of this tub. Fit and finish is flawless. It sits lower to the floor than the one it replaced, forcing me to add spacers under the feet to match up the drain, but other than that, installation was quick and easy for two people. My only complaint is that the seat isn't very comfortable. It tilts toward the back of the tub, and has a central channel for drainage.

I purchased the walk in tub and unfortunately it arrived with a damaged area near the faucets. I contacted the company and the Representative was understanding. The company sent a new walk in tub and it arrived the other day. Delivery is great... they pull up with a truck, unload the tub on a pallet and it is very easy to remove the box!. My replacement tub looks good and my family member that will be using it after surgery is very pleased. Thank you to the Company, the Representative and to the delivery (ABF)

My tub leaked after 4 uses I need a seal for door but they have not provided a new one it’s been 4 months

This tub does exactly what it is supposed to do at a fraction of what other tubs are sold for. I can't imagine the tubs at 2x or 3x the price do anything differently unless they are spa-style with jets, but that's a different category and even more costly considering the electric hook-up necessary. My 92-year-old mother can now bathe or shower again safely, so it is a big success. According to the plumber, the drain hose is different than what most plumbers are used to and requires a different method of connecting, but after six weeks, it works perfectly.

The whirlpool feature has not been working from the beginning. Now none of the jets work after only a very short period. The company is asking me to repair the problem and is not providing a service call. I bought this for my 88 year mother as a birthday gift, we are very disappointed and wish we would have gone with another company.

I’m very happy with this item. The pump has sufficient pressure, with little sound. The only thing I would recommend is to have a sloped backrest - to lean back.
