Multifunctional Aerobic Deck for Home Gym

This has been well worth the money and one of my best purchases for our in home gym. It's sturdy but light so you can move it around if you need to. It's just serves it's purpose really well.

Just bought this. I love it for doing extra incline, benchpress and step up’s. Super solid and heavy. I highly recommend.

Love the versatility of this bench. It is a little high to use as a step, even in the lowest setting but it’s still great. Provides for some storage, options for weight lifting and aerobic workouts.

Absolutely a gem! Versatile height at 8" & 14" : stepper, squats, lunges, jump box, bench press, planking, push-ups, dips and some Pilates work. When not in use, cute time-out...um... Thinking Bench for the kids. Lol. Stable/sturdy construction with solid heft for its composition.The backrest has 3+ position incline and grooves for elastic band-presses and lat-pulls.Built in storage is compact: i added bands, elastic chain, two 5lb hand wts, yoga strap.*** ONE WARNING *** COVER THE HINGE W/ A FOLDED BLANKET OR BPAD WHEN USING THE INCLINED BACKREST. (That pinch was vicious!!)This is a great piece of equipment for general home fitness at a great price.

This is really too small to use as a work-out bench and I am 5'-4". The texture on it is great for stepping on, but terrible if you have to lay on it. I'm going to have to make a quilted pad to lay over it when I use it as a bench. A reviewer wrote about the hard texture, so it is that, but it's also has a nice tactile feel to it. What I like about it: it's sturdy, no-slip texture for stepping, easy to lift the back up, relatively easy to transform the height (bending the legs under). It's a bit on the heavy side, so bend with your legs, not with your back! They really tried to come up with a product that works double duty, but it's just something that "works", but not "works great". For example: when it's up in tall position, it's just a bit too tall for me (remember I'm 5'-4") to use as a step-but I do it anyway. When it's down, it's just not challenging at all for me. So I will probably never use it down. If I want to use it as a bench, it hurts my back when I lift weights AND it feels like a kiddie chair. (Seriously, you should see my 6' husband sit on it, it really does look like a toy! LOL)

This bench/ stepper is absolutely perfect!! It’s very sturdy and had space for a few hand weights and my bands. There are notches for retention bands, some space for a few hand weights ect, and three levels of incline. The stepper raises and lowers with buttons on the side and the step raisers in the colors fold under the bench securely when you decide to lower. It’s absolutely perfect money well spent!

I was so hesitant to buy this after some mixed reviews. I really wanted to get the name brand one but the price was quite a bit higher and I trusted a review that said they are the same. Well I agree with that review! I used to use the name brand ones at Orange Theory and agree this one is totally the same. It's perfect for my home workouts and I love the ability to adjust it from a small step to a bench and the incline options. I have used the loops for bands and that works well too. I agree that this is the same as the pricier option.

Amé este banco, está completisismo, es una de mis herramientas diarias de ejercicio, lo uso como banco y como step, soporta muy bien, no se mueve al ejercitarse, para asegurarme, siempre lo pongo encima del tapete de yoga, pero aún en suelo no se desliza

What a great piece pf equipment!! This has so many functions, it's nice and sturdy as long as you pop everything in to place properly. Best to double check this before hopping on it. The color kicks total butt.. Just note that the lime green/grey one comes WITH exercise bands and the turquoise and grey one does not which I would have known if I read the ad properly. Regardless of that, I really love it! great product!

Había estado buscando un banco multiposiciones de un costo no tan elevado pero que fuera resistente. Llevó algunos meses utilizándolo en casi todas mis rutinas y me es perfectamente funcional, además de que cumple con lo que esperaba.

I’ve used this for about 2 months now. It is plenty sturdy, easy to use, and frankly is a pretty decent substitute for a FID bench. The top surface provides excellent traction for aerobic exercises, however it is also very hard and unforgiving when using it as a bench. I’ve taken to laying a towel on it when using it as such which seems to make it less uncomfortable during exercises such as bench presses. All in all though, I would recommend it.

Excelente artículo, identico a los de marcas "de prestigio" (comparado en tiendas departamentales) y 40% más económico. Las extenciones (para la altura) no se retiran, se quita el seguro y se doblan hacia abajo lo que evita q anden rodando por toda el área de ejercicio. Trae su antiderrapante en ambos niveles. En general muy bueno, esperemos dure.
