Berry flavour, 2ml drop will provide 30 days supply
Like a lot of people aware and using creatine, i have tried powder, gummies and tablets, but i really like the idea of a liquid drop, this has a berry flavour that certainly agrees with me. The 2ml serving , from a 60ml bottle is going to provide a 30 day supply, offering 3000mg of creatine. I'm not sure about the exact claim on absorbency ratios compared to capsules, but i do know that tincture aka drops are usually made from better source of supplement and are a higher absorbency which is very much the start and end of taking a supplement. Overal been very happy with how easy these have been to add to my routine in a sweet flavour i have no problem with. Every one has their own amount they want to use, so you just have to work out how much and how often you are going to use it. While creatine is widely used by the fitness and exercise industry, it's also becoming known for its benefits for ageing and cognition, which is why I have begun taking it. As a boxing coach and trying to look after myself much better since Covid, health is something nobody can afford to take for granted in my experience. My routine has been one serving a day with water.

New way of taking creatine for me - tastes nice
I've never taken creatine before in a liquid form, so this was quite new to me, and it tastes really nice too. And I feel the effects with my strength in the gym too, which is what I know to expect from using creatine monohydrate. The serving size (3000mg) states 2 droppers which is 2ml. Although when you squeezse the top only about 0.5ml goes into the vile at once, so I just do it 4 times to get the 4 x 0.5ml = 2ml. I'd recommend this, I keep it in my gym locker so I always have it ready for my workouts. The only downside is it is quite sticky stuff, so every now and then its worth cleaning the outside of the bottle and handle.

Really good alternative to powders
I'm a recent creatine convert. If not used before then worth trying to boost your workout. Can't explain it but just gives a background pick up when doing a hard graft workout. Used in place of my usual brand. Can't really empirically measure performance gain but pleased to report that it does seem to work. Not used the drops before but find it better to add to drinks. The powders don't always mix well in drinks and you still get the bitter after-taste. Also good advantage is this is easier to transport. Can stick in gym bag and not remember or have to carry tub in kit when going to the gym.

Better than powder.
I've used creatine for a couple of years now, having noticed improved strength & energy. So seeing it in liquid form caught my eye. The idea seemed a great one, with no more mixing powder. Also, i don't get on with the gummies. The taste of this product ( aithough labelled as "berry"), is hard to pinpoint. It's a mix sweets or medicine I took as a kid. To be honest, I don't like it much. The problem seems to be getting the right dose from the bottles. I know quite a few other reviewers have raised this problem & so do I. Trying to extract the 2mls dosage from the bottles in one/two go's is a faf. The most you can get in the dropper/pipette seems to be 0.5ml. I tried to start but now put 4x "shots" into a glass & mix it with fruit juice. Since taking this, I've noticed an improvement on recovery time, so it is effective.

Liquid creatine monohydrate
At the time of this review you get a 30 day supply of creatine and hydrate for around £13 You can take creatine in a variety of ways. It seem to start with just a powder which you had to mix yourself and then quickly moved onto sweets & gummies And now we have a liquid form. In this bottle, you get 60 mL of creatine Monohydrate liquid. The dropper is clearly marked to assist you to take 2 mL per day. Each full dropper is 1mL so you should take two dropper and you are done That dosage will be an intake of 3000 MG per day I couldn’t actually get the dropper to fill up to 1 mL, no matter what I did, even screwing the lid shut or tilting the bottle, it always seem to stop at around 0.5mL, some times less, this is going to be annoying because the idea of using a creatine liquid and dropper was that two droppers would make 2.0 mL , quick and easy to take under the tongue or into a shake. It taste perfectly nice on its own, it has a berry flavour, a bit like a very weak cough medicine. If you think about buying some and you’re happy with the price for a one month supply taking 3000 MG a day I would recommend it but it would be better if the dropper worked properly, maybe I just got a bad example ? I hope the review is helpful
