Looks great on the door, but be aware that the screws are very soft metal so the slot in the head is easily distorted and scratched, so silver metal shows through. I disguised this with a little smear of black acrylic paint. Given the price though, you can hardy complain

I bought these escutcheons for 3 doors my husband is making for an old brick and flint outbuilding that’s over 200 years old. We wanted them because their style fits perfectly to the age of the building and I’m sure they will look great.

A well made wee escutcheon that looks great on my new shed and came with screws.
