Awesome! 170 lb! durable! ready to go!
Like: this electric go kart comes almost fully assembled you just have to assemble the upper roll bars. It also has three separate earrings and a separate key to keep away from your children so they switch it in high gear. Comes complete with a 4.0 seat belt harness. And fully charged ready to go my boy drove it for almost 8 hours. The shipping package is a complete Bolt on frame surrounding the go-kart when my package came in the frame was bent and my go-kart was undamaged.Dislike: instructions for charging do not pertain to this model charging instructions are vague but a charging box does have indicator lights red for charging green for charged. The go-kart doesn't come with something to block the Sun so I will be adding my own roof kit for the summer season.

The manual is useless, kids love the kart
Just received my kart about a week ago. Shipping container damaged. Can't tell if the kart is damaged. The instructions are written in pidgin English, and don't cover topics like how to charge. There are some videos available but those don't cover the configuration of my kart. Seller was useless to help. Maybe I can make it work, maybe not. Finally, after two days of phone calls. I found someone at the Seller's number who knew how to charge my kart. Maybe all's well that ends well. Two days after Christmas: After some work we got the thing running. The kids love it and it's faster than I expected. We haven't let the eight year grandson get into speed three yet. We also have a Razor kart with a top speed of 12 mph. This thing is faster than that in speed two.Out of the box one tire had a leak which we treated with green slime and it seems t be holding. The plastic bracket which held the plug in for the rear battery (mine has two plugs, one for each battery). Some I think just have one plugfor both batteries). We took the plug out of the bracket, plugged it in and wrapped it in plastic electrician's tape to insulate it. Seems to work fine. It will charge using the other plug. There is one more problem we haven't fixed yet. Sometimes the forward throttle in speed 2 won't energize the motor. Usually with enough massaging and flipping switches and the pedal it will finally make contact and then she will go.I have revised my rating to four stars because the thing is so fun for the kids. However, the sorry instructions that came with the kart are inexcusable. It is complex enough you need help if anything goes wrong or if you can't figure out how to use it. In my case I wasn't sure how to charge it. Fortunately my 40 year old son was around. He cut through most of the issues. It helps that he an EE. If you don't have one of those handy, you may struggle with it.

P.O.S. Company
First off if you purchase this toy, just know that there is no customer service or support. Within 2 days of having it and 40 minutes of my child riding it, it just died. I trouble shooted, emailed Go Bowen, Called them never an answer, never an email back. I found the problem and yeah you get a 60 day warranty with it on any electrical components. They do not stand by it from what I have found. Needless to say It is made in Asia, so your getting what you pay for. Frame is sturdy but no give to bumps. Basically yoir paying 700 bicks for a frame stamped from some Asian Country. Make your own, seriously.

Electric go-kart is like a mini Tesla for kids.
The media could not be loaded. Karts are solidly built, the grand kids have around 7 hrs of time on them as of this review. Rode them for three days before having to recharge the batteries. They have a keyed switch that allows parents to set the maximum speed and remove the key so the kids run at a safe speed. In the video, the karts are set to the lowest max speed, around 7 mph. They have more torque than a similar size gas powered kart and because they are electric, they have a reverse switch with no complex gearing or transmission. The grand kids love them and our city allows electric vehicles on the hike and bike trails. The karts have a live axle, hydraulic disk brakes and a battery level display.
