I don’t usually give reviews but if bought one of these two years ago and it has been used many times a week since then. I just bought two more for my adult children athletes. It’s simple, durable for the price, easy to clean and surprisingly well insulated.

I recently purchased This Ice Bath Tub, and I’m thrilled with how well it performs! This product is exactly what I needed for my recovery routine. What I Loved: Effective Cooling: The tub holds ice and water well, providing the perfect temperature for a refreshing and effective ice bath. It’s great for post-workout recovery! Preferred over the larger versions of these where the frame broke. The one uses support arms which won’t snap. Solid construction, the perfect pod to torture yourself with cold water.

Easy to assemble. Works great and is sturdy and large enough to fit an adult. Made with strong materials and easy to break down to store.

* Cold Pod customer service reached out on their own and made it right. They also let me know ways to better care for it(keep it out of the hot sun and don’t over inflate.) Anyhow, you can’t beat the price or the customer service. They walk the talk which isn’t the case for most companies on Amazon. Only issue which is the case with any system your not spending thousands on is it takes alot of ice. But worth it. Tell your friends you have the pod, they can bring the ice. I too have an issue with the inflatable ring. It got all oblong and now leaks. I'm not sure if it was the sun or what happened. I live in Seattle and it hasn't been above 80 so I don't see how the rim could leak or get so misshapen but it happened. I love the concept and it's hard to complain with the price but it's pretty frustrating to have it basically be unusable because of a tube around the top. Too late for a refund so I may check out other brands next time.

this was great in the winter months! But now that it’s getting warmer, this thing cannot stay cold. It’s recommended to plunge between 40° and 50°.. my hose water come straight out of Lake Tahoe, so it’s cold! Oh my god this warms up so fast! It stayed for about three days between 40 and 50° in the winter months, but now it’s like next to impossible to get it cold enough. I even keep it in my garage out any sunlight! Would I buy this again? Absolutely not.

The thing is all it said it would be, but now looking at it, I wish it were 4" taller. If I sit in there, I will have trouble dipping my head under water. The diameter is just small enough to fit into my shower stall. I also have a bathtub, tried this before, but the bathtub is not isolated so the water never gets colder than 10deg C (48F). In fact overnight the water heats up to 15C. With this pod I hope to run my chiller until the water is 2C and given the insulation it may stay cold for a day, so I do not have to run my machine for hours. Maybe a giant trash can would have done just as well? Tip: If you put this pod inside your shower stall, like I did, place a 1/2" plastic tube underneath so that water can drain. Make sure it has blunt edges not to damage the bottom of the pod. Inevitable you will splash water and the pod will block the drain. Make sure the "drain port (at the bottom)" is located in the far corner. Once there is water in it, you will no longer be able to move this thing.

Really good bath, great quality and I can sit in it, I’m 185cm. Worth the money.

Worst product ever. This is a scam and not the brand they are referring to in the pictures and title. It does not insulate at all and material is very very poor quality.

Muy fácil de montar. Una vez llena no se mueve del sitio. Es más que recomendable poner la tapa para que el agua no se ensucie. El borde hinchable es cómodo. Fácil vaciado para poder limpiarla.

Das Produkt kam kompakt und handlich im Paket an. Das packet war unversehrt. Der Aufbau des ICE Pools war spielend einfach. Das bekommt jeder hin. Das aufpusten des oberen Rings ging mit der mit gelieferten Pumpe einfach. Das Wasser einfach bequem ek füllen und Spaß haben.

Absolutely love my cold pod ice bath. Took me 5 minutes to set up easy instructions and the pump that comes with it to blow the inflatable ring at the too which is a great addition when it comes to set up. The handy carry bag it comes in when you first get it out of the box is so small I wondered how big the actual tub would be but once I got it out and set up I quickly realised the tub is massive and can easily fit in and dunk my full body no trouble. Very happy with it and when it's packed down in to the carry case it's nice and compact and I can take it anywhere. Cannot wait to keep using it and learn more about the benefits. I've been training hard lately and getting straight in to this after a hard run or ride helps me to feel refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend the cold pod. Oh and FYI the thermal cover is nice and light and easy to put on once you're done. Give it a go you won't be disappointed
