Good quality organic bee pollen . I have a little sprinkled over my breakfast and can hardly taste it mixed in with my musuli, yogurt and blueberries but It does have a very unusual slightly unpleasant aftertaste if you get a mouthful. My husband mixes a little in some milk and knocks it back as he really dislikes the taste but I don't think it's that bad! The health benefits of this super food however make any aftertaste completely worth it . My immune levels seem to have really improved since taking as I have avoided catching the awful winter bugs that have been doing the rounds and I feel more energetic ...almost buzzing !

It looks and tastes (and is) exactly like the overpriced garden centre pollen. But at a fraction of the cost.It still doesn't taste nice, but I don't think anyone is buying it for the taste.

the best quality product in the world as i am used to with this brand 4 a couple of years from now ...all their superfoods (raw caco, carob, pollen, guarana, maca, spirulina powder/tabs, goji, camu-camu, baobab, lucuma, mwhite ulberries n so on) R 5* N much more beyond

I've been reading about the hair, skin and energy benefits ... It's early days and can't say I've noticed any improvements yet.However the taste is fantastic ... very fresh, slightly chewy and moist and melt in your mouth.I'm eating it off the spoon 2 to 3 times a day.

Can't give this product 5 stars yet as I've only been taking for a week. There are obvious health benefits to taking bee pollen which I have already researched over multivitamins and the 2kg size I got is better economy than the smaller sizes you can get on Amazon - you do have to search quite hard for this option however - Seven Hills don't promote this option as much as the smaller quantities which I am sure is a marketing ploy.The package arrived properly packaged on time & I take a dessert spoon each day. The product tastes good & I only got a slight reaction the first I used it - I got a cold for half an hour which am sure is a reaction to the pollen.

Product is good, delivery is prompt.

Se pur di natura piuttosto scettico riguardo questo tipo di integratori, devo ammettere di essere rimasto molto sorpreso (positivamente) fin dai primi risultati ottenuti, nello specifico assunto la mattina un ora prima della colazione, induce nell'organismo una riduzione della spossatezza, miglioramento del benessere generale e anche un aumento dell'appetito.Decisamente consigliato!Ps: confezione ben fatta, richiudibile conserva bene il prodotto.

Avevo sentito parlare molto bene del polline d'api e dato che avevo le batterie in rosso ero sempre molto stanca e quindi ho deciso di provarlo.L'ho preso la mattina a colazione, un cucchiaio da te ed effettivamente dopo poco mi sono sentita molto più carica.Dopo 20 giorni circa posso affermare che, almeno per me, è stato un toccasana. Più energia e più concentrazione e la sera non crollo più sul divano stremata !
