Great big cage for a great low price! Bad assembly instructions, but still worth it.
The media could not be loaded. I procrastinated for a long time over buying this cage.I read the reviews and looked at all the photos and videos many times, trying to decide.I wanted a roomy flight cage for green cheek conures, and this cage looked perfect. The price was lower than any others like it anywhere, which made me a bit skeptical. I was worried it would be junk for that price. It's not at all!!!! It's actually bigger and better than the cages I had before, and was MUCH less expensive than those. As many said, the instructions are not very good, but I found a YouTube video a very kind woman did on assembling this specific exact cage step by step, which was extremely helpful. I think we would have figured it out eventually on our own, but her video cut out a lot of time and guess work, which was awesome. One of the 8 plastic food bowls was broken (no biggie), but nothing else was broken. One of the pre-drilled holes didn't go through all the way, but was easy to fix with a drill. Our birds love it.

Great cage and great customer service
I bought this cage when my two parakeets started fighting after being housed together for years. I wanted them to stay near each other but could no longer trust them to be together without supervision. This cage looked perfect so I gave it a go, and my birds LOVE it! They were so happy to be next to each other again (as I had to separate them into smaller cages while we waited for it) and they loved the size! It has since been nicknamed their "condo" and I think they would rate it 5 stars too :)After ordering, I had a heck of a time getting this cage delivered, although it was through no error of Amazon or Rowland (the 3rd party seller), but in fact FedEx that was giving me a horrible time. After FedEx "attempted" delivery three times (even though they didn't show up at my house once), they told me I would have to drive an hour away to get the cage because they wouldn't deliver it. I'm only mentioning this because both Amazon and Rowland responded immediately when I reached out to them and Rowland was able to get FedEx to deliver the cage to me the next day. On top of that, two wooden perches were snapped in transit and Rowland sent replacements immediately. Customer service earned more than five stars in my opinion. As for the cage itself, it really wasn't too difficult to put together. There were no written instructions, but there was a paper that mapped out the pieces for you and the bolts were all labeled. I wouldn't say it was easy, but not enough of a challenge to get frustrated with it. The legs lean a little to the side if you try to move the cage, but it seems sturdy and like I said before, the birds love it! I would definitely recommend this cage to anyone who wants a "condo" for their bird.

Exceeded expectations!
This is a great cage! I was looking for a spacious cage with the access doors for the food/water bowls, and this is exactly that. I currently keep 3 cockatiels and 2 budgies that I'm fostering in this, and there is ample space for them! The bar spacing makes me feel comfortable that the smaller birds won't escape, and I also like that I could choose whether or not to have the divider in there. I usually keep the divider on top blocking the separation between the 2 sides, and use the mesh ramps that come with it to block the gap in the sides of the cage. (Hopefully that makes sense)It was a breeze to put together with the help of another person, doing it solo might be a little rough. I've had this cage for a few months now and it's holding up great! Easy to roll/move, my birds haven't figured out how to lift the food doors.. Definitely recommend this cage for small/medium ish birds!

Nice cage, could be better.
It’s a decent cage. Its design concept is great. Door sizes are great. Bar Spacing is good for small birds. There are a few things that I don’t like about it. First let me say the directions were awful. I will attach a picture of them, but it’s pictures on one side of a standard 8x10 sheet of paper. Nothing was labeled and there were a lot of different screws and pieces to figure out what went where. My husband is a carpenter so he figured it out fairly quickly, but it was a mess. Also one of the caster wheels does not stay in. The rest are firmly in place. The cages do not get secured into the frame so it’s a little wobbly and unstable. We ended up zip tying the frame to the cages for security. The middle section slides in and out nicely, but I will say that the inside frames of the two cages are spread out too far if the middle section is out. A small birds could get caught in it. I also don’t like how if I ever decide in the future to use only one half of the cage, there is no way to screw the middle section together or separate the bottom rack. It’s not a big deal but it would have made it better if it could do that. Lastly the bottom trays and cage floor slide out very easily because there’s no stoppers on them to keep them in place.Overall I’d say it’s worth the money, it’s a good cage. But, it’s got a few issues. My bourke parrot and Cockatiels seem to like it.

Most frustrating thing I've ever done
1st cage came 4 days early which is great!2nd. Nothing was broken.3rd. Don't buy this cage, it's big sure but unless you go hunt down videos or something on how to build this ridiculous thing and going to be doing it by yourself. It's like trying to solve a rubics cube, or a house with no instructions. You have 4 different kind of screws. Have no idea where those screws go or on what parts. None of the parts are labeled. 2 different kinds of bolts again, no idea where those bolts go or what screws they go to, 2 different kinds of washers. Same issue. The instructions. Arent even instructions their assmely line instructions. They Are like the how to draw this steps, where it shows 5 steps. Base, then half done and then done. With no what goes where, how it goes together. Nothing.I spent waaay too much time on trying to build this cage. When it should have been a couple of hours then done.I came very close to just throwing it in the garbage to be honest. That's how frustrating and ridiculous it is.Make better instructions for this cage!
