This versatile formula has antibacterial properties that add scent while removing odor. The cedar fragrance keeps items smelling clean and fresh while naturally repelling bugs and moths. While Wool & Cashmere Spray can be used on any fabric or surface, it was designed to complement woolen items. We consider woolens to include fibers such as sheep's wool, lamb's wool, cashmere, merino, pashmina, angora, mohair, camelhair, and alpaca, as well as any wool blends and wool-like synthetics made to look like wool, such as acrylic. Most wool items labeled "dry clean" are generally launderable. When an item is labeled "dry clean only," the best way to care for it between launderings is to steam and treat with Wool & Cashmere Spray. After washing, woolens may appear wrinkled. Do not iron wool. Instead, steaming is ideal for releasing wrinkles and fluffing the yarns. It's always important to clean woolens before storing, as perfume, body products, body oil, food, and dirt can surface later and be much harder to get out. Before packing, spritz with Wool & Cashmere Spray and place in a breathable fabric, such as The Laundress All-Purpose Storage Bag. Never store using plastic, cardboard, drawer liners, and contact paper, as they all attract bugs and encourage bug reproduction.

No packaging at all. Bottle rolled all over.
Have never received shipment where the product was not protected. Tissue paper or old newspaper work great and keep the proctuct from cracking open (dropped accidentally?) The liquid would have ruined my package as well as others around it.

THE SOFTEST RESULTS
At first I was a bit hesitant to purchase because of the cost... then thought about just how often I'd be washing cashmere and wool?? Okay, that is squashed... the product is fabulous. My cashmeres, yaks, merinos are lovin' me AND I'm lovin them back. Soft, strong and wonderfully discreetly scented.

This is strictly for freshening clothes not for moths
I have bought at least 5 bottles of this since last spring.I won't buy it again it does very little to deter moths but it does freshen clothes.I already use cedar and zippered bags and and lavender to store sweaters .You have to thoroughly wash everything before storing-no exceptions.I thought spraying this on a frequent basis would help but it was a waste.This is best for a piece of clothing that needs freshening up -an unworn clean jacket that has been stored etc.I also think it is not the best idea to inhale too much of it so I try to stay out of the room.Disappointed I use the cashmere shampoo and that I like though it is oddly drying to my hands.I just unpacked my sweaters and scarves and was upset to see so many moth holes.Some items were fine so maybe it helped a bit-the sweaters and scarves that were damaged were new and only worn once or twice- but I should have washed them regardless.

Smells amazing
Isn't it a drag when you get moth holes in your cashmere sweater? I got this spray and So far so good with not having any moth holes. It smells amazing! I wish I could afford to spray all my carpeting and furniture with it because it smells that great.

Beautiful scent and works!
Love the cedar scent - very light and not overpowering. Had a horrible infestation of moths in the closet last summer/fall and just a few days ago was still discovering stray moths and larvae that survived the clean out. I’ve been giving a light mist of this spray in the closet once a week for past few months and so far no moths or larvae found in there, and all sweaters are intact! This stuff really works and makes your clothes smell wonderful at the same time!

Take good of cashmere
This is great works well if spray after use.I have cashmere jumpers I only wash every 2 monthsThis smell very niceGood if want to wash in between .i also wash with cashmere shampoo which is great I use in my new machine which has Wash for wool and cashmere things but must say CAN BE HAND IN WASHING MACHINE OR BY HANDMade sure your machine is clean no soap . The new w/machine r great nowIf you want to look after your cashmere jumpers them use this

I have no idea how effectively this cares for my woollens or kills off germs (although doesn't the creatine in wool do that anyway?), but it smells amazing.
