I have only been using these for 3 days but I can feel a change. I started on them because I had been drinking this REBBL drink with Reishi in them and every time I did, I felt this incredible calm come over me. So i researched about Reishi and found that they create relaxation among many other health benefits. So I decided to try them. The past 3 days of using them, I have felt this wonderful balance, peaceful and relaxed feeling in my body. I'm not an anxious person but this does something to me that gives me a great sense of calm. Not sure what else it may do as I keep using them but they are wonderful! And after lots of research, this brand stood out as the best, reliable, safe choice. I'll be taking them regularly.

Highest quality Reishi I've experimented with, and I've tried most of them (aside from the expensive Japanese brands like Mikei). Calming, centering. Made me feel more connected spiritually and helped with sleep. Did ever so slightly slow down my thinking/bring down my mood the following day though and felt like it slightly lowered testosterone or increased estrogen. Good to have around to use once in a while medicinally if you feel especially anxious and have difficulty sleeping. I can't take it during the day. I'm sensitive, YMMV

While I have no proof that this does anything, I've been perfectly healthy for the couple of months I've been taking one capsule daily. Hard to know about these types of immune support supplements unless exposed to a nasty virus and dodging that bullet. Time will tell but better safe than sorry is my motto..I did extensive research before purchasing, and I also take their 5-mushroom immune support capsules, alternating between the two. This company uses the correct extraction methods so I was impressed enough to give the a try. Will continue to buy...

reviews seemed this was the product to choose, jury still out. Finished 1st bottle-not sure yet on usefulness. I am also taking black seed oil, not sure which is helping with regularity, perhaps shrooms are. Read a great article(source I don't recall-but reliable) said this shroom is great for colon and so much more.

I've been using this product for 3 years now to help regulate my immune system and manage chronic inflammation. My doctors saw improvement in my bloodwork and totally endorsed my usage of this product. Like the way o feel when taking this product

Who really knows as most "evidence" is anecdotal. Got these for my elderly father with prostate cancer and end stage renal failure. His renal test results have improved each of the 3 months since taking these. He is taking only 1, maybe 2 a day. Also added 100mg of ubiquinol during this time so who knows. Will continue both of these.
