These supplements arrived nicely packed in a box with securely sealed capsules. I like to receive my supplements and medications in sealed packaging because of hygiene reasons The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad odour and aftertaste. Too early to tell about the effectiveness but look promising due to the essential and healthy ingredients.

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 30 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at around a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your fertility health.

I was looking for a supplement like this with Ayurvedic ingredients for a while. Nice to see all good ayurvedic ingredients in a single supplement for just 9.99.
