Premium Wooden Bamboo Hair Brush with Ball Tipped Bristles from Natural Wood. Organic, Biodegradable, No plastic

I have two and I am back for a third. Not because they have broken, but because I want one in each bathroom, and one in my suitcase for travel.Needless to say, I LIKE these brushes.I like how they massage the scalp. I like how they slide through the hair (I have short hair). I like how they absorb the Rosemary Essential Oil into their bristles and glide them evenly through the hair and onto the scalp, yet, the oil does not linger on the brush or smell.All in all, I like these brushes 100%. Treat them well, and they will treat you well.

The size of the head is great and the rows of bristles are even which I've had trouble with on other cheap brands. But the rubber (?) bed that the bristles sit in is too stiff. The round knobs on top of the bristles actually get caught in thick curly hair and it's extremely difficult to pull the hair out of the brush which is a first for me. The handle isn't as thin as others but these thinner handles are difficult for someone with arthritis. The handle is on the short side too. I am super sad that the company that used to sell excellent bamboo brushes went out of business as I've looked high and low for a quality brush and haven't found one. Just an FYI, a straight hair user in the house didn't like this brush either.

I like that the brush is bamboo, the silicone pad is fine too as it isn't plastic.I wish it didn't have a varnish finish on it.A thank you goes out to the seller for contacting me and telling me that it is an environmentally friendly varnish, but I wish it was just the smoothly sanded finish. It appears that the finish is also on the bristles, which defeats the purpose of it being natural bamboo.When I brushed my hair with the new brush; my hair got static in it, and it hasn't done that with my regular plastic one since last winter.

I bought this because I was trying to find a more natural alternative to the Wet Brush for use on medium-length, straight hair. It didn't work for me because it wasn't effective at removing tangles from wet hair. However, I gave it to my teenage daughter, and she has been using it for several weeks on dry hair and really likes it. She says it leaves her hair shiny without creating static.

I ordered this as a birthday present last year and it was PERFECT. I re-ordered it for another gift. This time it was packaged differently--in a cotton, drawstring bag within a box. On opening, I could see one of the bristles was broken. I attempted to remove the brush from the bag, but it was in there FIRMLY, so I did not push my luck. I assume that bristles could easily break when the brush was inserted into the bag. Unfortunately, this was not well thought out. I do not recommend the product now. It's a shame b/c I think they know how to make a beautiful and functional brush, but have made a mistake on the packaging.

I have pretty long hair colored for years, so it gets tangled because of some damage and because it’s long.I was looking for no plastic brush options.Brushing with this brush is painful, it tangled into my hair and took me some time and pain to detangled it. And I couldn’t clean it off my broken hair after all.I throw away original packing, so I can’t return it.It might work for someone with shorter healthy hair. But I’m going back to plastic Wet brush, unfortunately.

The bristles on this brush are not very long so if you have a thick hair, I would not suggest it. I have fine hair and I still feel like I wish they were longer so it would go through ALL of my hair at once instead of the top layer and then I have to keep brushing to make sure it's all brushed. I like the construction of it though and it seems pretty good quality. Just not great design.

I like this brush sooooo much! I wish I had a chambermaid to brush my hair for an hour before going to bed. LOL! I will definitely buy it again. It is also easy to clean.

This is the best hair brush I’ve ever had.
