False advertisement
This is scamming at its best nothing about this product is true its just a fan posing like a Ac am so upset my son save his money to get is little unit and it cant even cool him down no matter how much ice or ice pack we put in it, if i wasn't in jamaica this product would be sent back to the sender in a second..false advertisement false advertisement...kmt and ooh not to mention the size its nothing like they advertised this company is so unfair...

False advertisement!
The product described vs what you actually get are completely different. This item is just an overpriced humidifier. The item showed up with 3 Ice packs not six and there is no removable tray to be honest nothing about this product description matches what showed up...I would stay away from this seller and their products.

The reviews are misleading
I live in the south and it gets really hot in human here and I expected this to provide some relief indoors and out. Well, it does blow cool air. It is not much better than a regular fan. I don’t know that I would spend $100 on it again.

Isn’t not what you might expect.
I was disappointed to realize this was not what was advertised. Nothing is like it’s shown.Other than that, it’s just an overpriced fan. Nothing really special about it.

Returned it
This didn't cool my room even after putting freezing cold packs and water in the reservoir. I followed instructions and then shipped back.

I still don’t understand how it works
This product never produced any cool air. It only blows, even with the ice and frozen packs that come with it.

Leaks!
Had to use a towel around the bottom of the unit. Leaked everywhere and soaked the towel.
