I have bought this adult electric scooter for a month, and it has completely exceeded my expectations! First of all, it is very easy to assemble. It only takes a few minutes to get it done after unboxing, and even a novice can easily get started. Performance: Powerful: 500W motor (or adjusted according to the actual model) can fully meet the needs of daily commuting, and the climbing ability is also good, and there is no pressure on the small slopes in the community or park. Powerful endurance: The official nominal endurance is 25 kilometers, and the actual test can run about 22 kilometers in hybrid mode, which is more than enough for me to go to and from get off work. Moderate speed: The three-speed adjustment function is very practical, with a maximum speed of 20 kilometers per hour (need to be adjusted according to the actual parameters of the product).

I waited to use this scooter for a bit before writing a review. I am totally enjoying having this; it's easy to set up and use, and great fun to ride on! I probably use this differently than most will as I got this for being able to walk my dog and walk with family following foot surgery, so I'm mostly going very slowly. But the scooter is easy to use at any speed (I've cranked it up as well and it cruises smoothly). I let it get to 2 bars (out of 5) on the charge, and it suddenly lost all power, so I've been topping it off when it gets around 3 bars, but it could also be the way I'm using it might drain it more quickly than normal use. One thing - it does not like grassy or sandy surfaces and really struggles, so plan to stay on solid ground if purchasing!! Folds down easily, but weighs a bit for carrying around, so plan accordingly :-)

This scooter is easy to install and you can ride it. It feels very sturdy, rides smoothly, and its speed is very suitable for short city trips. Compared to driving, it saved me a lot of time. It is lightweight and easy to fold. In terms of price, it's definitely worth it!

Sadly this product is defected! This is the 2nd scooter we purchased and it didn’t last 6 months! We contacted the company and their response was a lot of back and forth prove to me what’s wrong! We have switched to a different company who backs their product for 12 months! I am a firm believer in company who backs their product!!!

Good scooter, it rarely goes 25mph tho only when going down a steep hill. It actually tops out at about 21-22mph. One thing of concern, the battery charging port cover came off and got lost so I just put a piece of tape over it.

I didn't enjoy this scooter because one day it was on and powered up and I got to where I need to be and when it's time for me to leave it wouldn't even power on and I didn't leave it on so I can't say I ran the battery down because I was only at the place for 3 hours so I'm not sure what happened

I've been using this SISIGAD scooter for a month now, and it’s been a game-changer! The 25-mile range is accurate—I charge it overnight and it lasts all week for my short trips. The rear-wheel drive gives solid acceleration, and the 15% climb ability handles hills in my area easily. The Bluetooth app is a nice bonus for adjusting settings. Highly recommend for commuters.

Worked well until the dash went blank. Went to the website and found their phone is not working. Emailed for support and got absolutely no assistance at all. Repair would be easy but the company is unresponsive. User manual and website are of ZERO value if you have to repair or fix anything.
