THE TASTE IS GREAT I PUT RIGHT UBDER MY TONGUE, I JUST GOT IT SO OTHER THAN A MILD CALMING I HAVEN'T USED IT LONG ENOUGH TO COMMENT. SOMEONE SAID THE TASTE WAS BAD. I REALLY LIKED THE TASTE.

I've spent most if my life looking for a sleep aid that doesn't make me loopy (many ambien horror stories) and this is now the only one I trust. I do have to stop taking it for a few days every month or so, as it loses its effectiveness (for me- my step mom and bf don't have that problem). But it works perfectly after a few day hiatus. I know people use this for weight loss, but I have not noticed a change in weight

This works really well for digestion. It reduces bloating. When I wake up in the morning I feel great and not like I’m full.

I do feel like this helps supress hunger I haven't noticed weight loss yet but I just started. If you use it every day you will go through it super fast I feel like they should have a bigger bottle especially for the price you pay. I will probably not purchase this brand again just because of how expensive it is and how quickly I'm going through it. I'm sure there are others that work the same at a better price point or at a minimum same cost with more product.

I decided to return this product mainly because of the taste. While I appreciate that it is organic and alcohol free with simple ingredients, the flavor was not pleasant for me. It may work well for others who are comfortable with herbal extracts, but personally I found the taste too strong. Because of that, I was not able to continue using it.

I've bought twice now. It has a great taste, that I add to my water in the morning. It does help ease my mood through the day.
