Vibrapower New 2018 Life Body Fitness Vibration Plate with Remote and Carry Bag

Purchased this to aid with Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome following Covid-19 infection.First impression is it looks like a thick Wii-Fit board.I have predominantly used this while sitting on the sofa and I can still feel it doing something with core muscles and legs, on a medium setting.Cannot vouch for it "activating" every muscle in the body, but after trying it for a short time standing on it, you can feel that your stomach and back muscles have had a bit of a work out. I presume this is from trying to keep you upright, but whatever it is then it does do something. Knees bent, and your thighs feel it too.Using this I have gone from stagnating during recovery to a slow but noticable improvement, combined with walking.A booklet with some exercises comes with it, but have not tried them yet.I do not think this is able to replace doing a full, proper workout but is more of a supplementary item that can be incorporated, but does appear to help if suffering with PVFS or chronic fatigue.

My dad is over 70 he uses this every day his legs are getting stronger and hes loseing weight.

I had the original vibrapower round disc machine but very rarely used it as it was so heavy to move.Wanted to keep fit, so ordered this new portable one. I've only been using for a couple of weeks but I can feel tbe difference already. So easy to use, move and the remote is handy to change the speeds. Definitely feel like I've had a workout especially if you use the higher speeds. I store it behind my sofa. Takes up no room. Good product.

Forget all the negative reviews!If you do all the exercises as shown you will only see the positives, and believe me if you over do it, which is very easy to do, you’ll pay the consequences the following day!

This unit is great did have the vibra slim product …….. had 4 replacement Vibra Slim units with 4 different faults, so decided that the Vibra Life unit looked like the better built model so far so good (So very pleased)

ordered for someone else, he loves it, at 72 he is like a big kid with a new toy, seen it on a shopping channel, asked me to order so i found it on amazon and he received it within 24 hours. i would however check with your gp if you have a pacemaker fitted, depending on where, type and reason for pacemaker will depend on if this machine is suitable for you, as far as im aware this is not mentioned on product description or the manual, owner happy, star removed because the shoulder strap on the bag came off, the metal clips that holds the strap opened and the strap slipped out

Brought this product as I just wanted to tone. Didn’t use it for long and had to stop using it. As it has damaged my ankles. After using this product I found that when I wake up in the morning I can barely walk. In so much pain

Vibrapower life machine received today, within the timescale promised. We’ve tried it out and it seems to work as advertised. Time will tell how effective it is!The packaging was damaged in several places but the machine seems to have survived okay.The remote control unit is not very sturdy and works spasmodically. Some kind of instruction manual would be helpful.
