Brilliant scooter just dont do the milage it says it does and battery dont last long in sport mode but a wicked scooter

I bought this for my son for Christmas, it came really quickly. It is amazing, really fast and the lights on it are really bright. It has indicators for turning and the horn is loud. Works amazing and my son loves it. It has Blue led lights and you can download an app to your phone which is really handy.

Ok the scooter is brilliant. Can’t recommend it highly enough. The charger I got died after three charges and that is where the problem is. The seller doesn’t read correctly and sends you back messages that you were clearly giving the information in the first message you sent.. They then drag everything out over what is a simple replacement of a charger but it take more then 2 weeks to get even though the scooter arrived in less than 3 days.. Woeful customer service and is if I could I would give them NO Stars for service. Edit 29th March 2025 I was contacted out of the blue through WhatsApp by a very nice person calling themselves betty. They were eager to apologise for the customer service I received. They even asked for suggestion on what or how to improve the process and I duly gave a few suggestions. They offered a discount due to my experience and dissatisfaction in the customer service. Now I was not seeking or asked for it but I feel they were genuinely wishing to make a mense which says a lot about them as a company and I very much appreciate the gesture. I now have over 150miles on the scooter and it is still fantastic. I will now will increase the stars to 5 but I will also leave the original review below as that was what happened originally. Hopefully they will do better next time as as occasionally these small issues happen and it becomes how they deal with is. Than you Betty. As it is though the scooter is brilliant and it would have been 5 Stars had the charger not bricked after three charges only.. Do your self a favour find this scooter from a different supplier for piece of mind.

So this hasn't worked since Xmas day!!!!! Range is miles despite charging as Instructed, followed everything to the letter, good ride, decent lights and horn even indicators but the snail like conversation with the complaints department 1 message a day, 1st Jan now and no further forward other than they have offered to send me a battery for me to attempt to change?? £450 present has been a major problem so far and not the enjoyable experience I would have hoped for. Will update further when I know more but at the moment... It's not great at all.Update 6th Jan 2025, they have sent me a battery, I am not capable of replacing, it's massive with 3 wires, scooter 23kg and I can't even lift it.. Requested and exchange through Amazon earlier today. I can't take it to a post office and if I could manage it it's £30 to send it back as its huge and heavy. I have kept the original box and packing, 29th Jan 2025, after over 50 conversations with both Amazon and the 3rd party seller, after 2 failed attempts for collection, after EVERY UK POSTAL SEVICE SAYS PROHIBITED ITEM TO POST FedEx came yesterday, it's back with the seller, as is the battery they sent, now awaiting the £456 refund for my sons Xmas gift please research 3rd party seller, research amazon's a to z guarantee with these people, the WORST TRANSACTION OF MY LIFE never every ever will I again by Amazon 3rd party. Amazon have been near useless, obsticles at every call, they gave me £15 gift card for my 1 months stress, 8 hours on the phone, 20 hours waiting in for collection, and this was my sons Christmas present. Buyer beware.

Bought this for my son. The scooter looks exceptional. It is very very sturdy, quite heavy to lift but that is not a bad thing. Its a really solid robust scooter. It has indicators, front and rear lights, a horn. Various speed modes. digital computer that shows miles/kph. Shows the temperature, disatnce etc. The scooter has a suspension which works well. My son says that a full battery lasts him approx 25 miles in disatance. Fold easily for storage. Also it has its on APP which you can use for various things,one being you can lock teh scooter when parked up. This scooter looks brilliant, so colourful in the darker nights. Battery takes around 5 hours to charge form empty. My son just tops his up so it does not run down to empty. It does not cost much to charge either. All in all its been a fantastic purchase. Just today it was unfortunate that a tyre has went flat due to a nail has went through it So now will contact to see how much a typre is? Also where to get it and how to fit it? If anyone can advise regarding tyre please do? Thanks

Bought this scooter for my grandson for Christmas and it’s very reliable. He uses it all the time going out with his friends and going to the shops. The battery lasts a long time and it’s easy to use in any type of weather. Would definitely recommend.
