Haritaki, is incredibly detoxifying to your whole digestive system, and for your body in general, not only does that plus the tumeric help to decalcify your pineal gland, you increase your blood oxygen levels as well! Doesn't work doesn't feel a difference

Sorry this is not as claimed, product copy of someone else product Careful with this one You cannot decalcify gland with turmeric supplements. Turmeric exists in large quantities already. Look for ingredients elsewhere re mushrooms that are not in this product

This always helps me recall dreams. I have been through a lot of other lucid dream supplements in which I don't even always remember what my dreams were let alone could control them. While I have not experienced much of a lucid dream just yet (not that that's advertised as a feature), I'm confident that when I am able to lucid dream I will be able to remember it thanks to this. Fair warning, I was not aware that the turmeric was going to make my body feel warm for the first couple of nights and the first time it happened I was worried because I didn't know what was going on. Turns out it was just the tumeric increasing my blood flow and that only happened for the first two nights.

Im not sure if this really is the result but I started dreaming from the first night of taking this. Dreamed a few times actually.
