Fantastic helmet. Used for skiing. Daughter loves the fit and color. I love the color, makes her easier to spot in a sea of gray and black helmets, and the value. I also love that it can be converted to a bike helmet for summer use. The goggles holder is great but wish it was a snap as the goggles can slide off when she’s not wearing it (almost lost her goggles when she was carrying it) minor detail. Going to order same brand for me in next size up. Love the dial to fit as it increases the perfection of the fit.

Bought for my boyfriend’s snowboard trip and he loved it! The ears are removable which is nice depending on how warm you’d like to be and held up well! No scratching or chipping of the colour either.

So far this ski helmet is super comfortable and kept my head & ears warm with the comfy ear pads during my recent ski trip. It's well made, light and breathable for such a low price. To be honest though, the dome of this helmet does seem to be a bit higher in design and not streamlined. Makes my head and face look oddly shaped. This might put off some of those users that want to look fashionable at the slopes. As for me it's not a big deal so long as the helmet does its job when the time comes. Only time will tell on how long this helmet will last me but I'm confident that this helmet will save my noggin for many more ski seasons. Also, this helmet is versatile as it converts to a bike and/or skate helmet per manufacturer's stated description. I recently purchased an adult electric scooter too and I used it as my helmet during my cold morning rides. I feel much better using this as my helmet instead of a traditional bike helmet as it surrounds my whole noggin better. The best thing about this is that when the weather eventually gets warm, I can easily remove the ear padding and inner mesh net to match the weather conditions. I would highly recommend this helmet for price value and function. Aesthetics wise it's up to the user. It's not the best looking helmet in a fashionable sense.

The child had a serious snow board mishap, he sustained no head injuries. Injured his shoulder and two ribs.

I'm happy with this helmet overall. It's a well built, quality unit for sure. I use it for winter cycling and it keeps my head a lot warmer than my summer cycling helmet did. It has room for a full face balaclava under the helmet and is very comfortable. It is a bit heavy and it's big and bulky. I notice others with more compact helmets that look more natural. To me, this looks like a football helmet without a facemask. I don't care, though, because I trust it to protect me if I klonk my noggin on something. I give it five stars because it's an excellent value and quality built item. Recommended.
