Surprising, I know.- In terms of packaging, it was packed well, the packaging wasn’t bent, dented, cut open, etc. Very nice seeing a package come in that looks genuinely brand new.Item Quality:- Not a used item disguised as a new one, real brand new case being sent wrapped up in that soft paper/plastic stuff.- I’ve genuinely bought a handful of Supcase products before, for multiple devices of varying sizes. Samsung phones, Apple Watches, etc. So I was already expecting a good product out of the gate, and well, it was, thankfully!- Fits phone perfectly, very little play and wiggle in the case. Buttons sit perfectly where they should and they don’t seem to scratch the metal underneath, which is nice, because I’ve had other cases somehow be abrasive enough that they chew into the shiny edges of the older iPhones.- Super solid camera lens cover, and it *clicks* in place rather than just sitting over it, and as a plus it’s fabric/felt lined, so it’s not just bare metal sitting on the lenses, super nice touch! Time will tell if it maintains its usefulness since these parts tend to give way sooner or later.- The charging port *is* covered, which is nice, but dust does tend to settle between the gaps. Might have to put a skin on my phone to prevent the dust from eating away at the areas exposed to dust just in case.- Wish the speaker gaps had a thin mesh over them to keep the dust out of the speaker holes. This is just nitpick though.- The camera control *could* be a little more sensitive, but it’s not terrible honestly. I like having it covered more than other cases just cutting around it and leaving it exposed, you win some you lose some.- The screen bezel protector is a *tiny* bit higher above the screen. So don’t expect it to protect your phone screen a lot if the surface you’re putting it face down on is uneven. But it’s better than having it near flush (plus it does help against unwanted edge touches)Installation:- It’s a one piece case. I thought it was two or even three as some of them are, but it’s not bad. Just put your phone on it at one edge, and push down, it goes on easy. Nothing more to it. It does keep a *bit* of clearance for most screen protectors and I have no issues with a screen protector on.Functionality:- I mean, it’s a case. I haven’t dropped it so I can’t say “this protected my phone against a 6 foot drop perfectly!” But I do like the peace of mind of having my phone in more places than just in my pocket or on a soft surface. Camera lens protector is nice both for peace of mind and some other people worried about being recorded for some reason.Value for money:- Really hard to go wrong with Supcase honestly, their products tend to be very well built and hold up against abuse nicely (had abused a few previous phones i no longer owned but that had Supcase cases) and protected them pretty well. I’d honestly recommend people to buy these (and have really!).

It’s surprisingly sturdy, having already survived two or three drops from about four feet without a scratch to my phone or the case. The camera cover isn’t flimsy, which was a concern of mine before I bought it, and the MagSafe ring on the back is surprisingly strong. There’s also a protective layer over the camera button that actually works, which I was skeptical about at first but now appreciate.That said, it definitely adds some bulk and weight, but I think if you're looking at this case, perhaps that's what you want? And while I wouldn’t call it ugly, it sends a clear message: “I plan to keep my phone safe, even if I’m walking into a war zone.” But if protection is your top priority, this case will absolutely keep both your phone and camera safe—a solid choice for peace of mind.

I bought a new iPhone 16 Pro Max along with an Apple case which I hated immediately. It was too slippery and basic. I started searching cases as soon as I got home from the Apple Store. I tend to do a ton of research on cases and have had many over the years for the different iPhones I’ve owned. They’ve all had a few shortcomings. This has none to me at least and checks all my boxes. Great fit with all the buttons accurately in the right places. It protects the phone very well without being heavy or bulky. It has a good grip without feeling sticky. Overall well engineered and very high quality. One really cool feature is the camera lens cover which I didn’t even think about before I started looking at the newest cases. It protects well, snaps down and opens easily while doubling as an adjustable stand. Pro tip - it also acts as a ledge to support your index finger under which helps secure the phone while talking or browsing. I was expecting the cover and base to be cheap and flimsy, but it tightly snaps down and has just the right resistance in the spring. If this case holds up to the heavy usage it will get, I will give a perfect 10.

Absolutely the best phone case I have ever had. I like the camera cover and the fact that it doubles as a stand. I also like the mag safe component where I can attach the mag safe extras that magnet is strong! Will def buy again as I upgrade phones down the line.
