Fresh Flaxseed Oil by Body BeneFIT - 500ml - Cold Pressed from 100% Organic Linseed

Snazzy bottle and taste wise it seems okay. Not like some I have bought on amazon that are heavily oxidised and taste off/rancid.Cold pressed Flax seed oil has quite a short shelf life and should be kept in the dark and in the fridge, especially after being opened.This slows down the inevitable change into linseed oil which will not be therapeutically beneficial at all. The taste of unoxidised flax oil should be slightly nutty/neutral.Better still is cold milled ground flaxseed which is cheaper and has the additional advantage of the seed, a good souce of fibre and lignans which is supposed to aid digestion, speed transit time through the alimentary canal and many other things.I did note however, that this product has increased in price by over £1.50 since I bought in early summer!!

Good quality flax seed oil. Must keep in fridge at all times after opening. Bit pricey so 4 stars.

This is very good but disappointed it doesn't keep very long. I didn't use it all, and have now decided to use crushed linseeds, these are just as good.

The product arrived as expected but upon opening the package they were found to be badly damaged (see photo) . I have previously ordered this item with no problems at all.

Organic/gluten free, I have it every morning on a empty stomach half hour before I eat my porridge amongst other things I put in there. Running like clockwork it works for me happy to order more.

Works wonderfully liberally poured over salads, in combination with apple cider vinegar. I know it says it's not suitable for heating, but try making popcorn with it: add a few drops in a large non-stick pan, heat it up, add the popcorn kernels and let it pop away. It gives an interesting flavor.

Excellent Flax oil. The best tasting I've ever had. But be aware that it has a short shelf life and order accordingly. The last bottle I ordered had a one-month shelf life. But that's not a problem for me as I take 3 tablespoons daily and it lasts about 2 weeks. Once the seal is broken it definitely needs to be refrigerated.
