Works well and nice to have the spoon with it
Using for my gut repair recovery. As last year I had surgery due to ovarian cyst.. long story short the NHS left me scarred and in alot of struggles for helath after.. left with adhesions and alot of trauma to my gut. This has been helping with though issues thank you I will keep buying, and look into other products.

Perfect for muscle recovery
I use L-glutamine as a prescriprion to repair the bowel from ulcerative colitis. Since I am using this product, not only my bowel feels better, but my muscles recover easily from stress and hard exercise (I am aphysical theatre actor). Good product, arrived on time.

Really nice quality l glutamine. It'a exactly what i wanted, clean with no additional ingredients. I take one teaspoon every morning with a small amount of water.

BEWARE!
This product is contaminated! Not packed in a safe or hygienic environment! it Does not adhere to British manufacturing or safe food standards. Initially I thought a small black fly had got caught in my glass having just scooped the powder and placed it into my glass of water. I threw the solution away and made another glass of L-glutamine. As I had sucked through a straw to get to drink the last of this solution, I had sucked up a short black hair about an inch long through the straw, before finding the hair in my mouth!!!!! No-one I live with has short, black, straight and fine hair! Grossed out and worried for my health, I developed anxiety about becoming unwell. Finally I thought I would test a final cup only to find yet another small substance or matter within the powder which had floated to the top of the glass water. This is a poor buying experience and dangerous! This product was expensive to purchase. I discarded the bag. A waste of good money. I found out I can purchase L-Glutamine from British based companies with high manufacturing and hygiene standards giving peace of mind in consumption at a fraction of the cost...which is what I have done.
