Mind Bridge Blue Light Blocking Computer Reading Glasses

Backstory:I'm in the game industry, where I have to look at computer monitors nearly all day 5 days a week in addition to mobile phone use, tv use, and additional computer use at home in my free time. In short, I am almost always looking at some sort of screen! I have 20/20 vision, but after 2 years of being in the industry, my eyes were really feeling the strain. They would hurt and sometimes feel dry, despite my efforts to make sure I would take breaks and stretch my eye muscles every now and then. So after much researching, I decided to get these glasses, and I just got them in the mail today. The very second I put them on and looked at my computer monitor, it felt like I was put some sort of pain ointment on a wound. Feels great :)Pro:Soothes eyesDoesn't change colors on display from what I can tell (some glasses give everything a yellow tint), only makes them slightly darkerExtremely comfortable fit (doesn't squeeze my head like plastic frames, and the nose pieces are very comfortable)Cons:If your screen is more than a foot away from your face, details start to get blurryIf you don't like seeing the edges of your frames when they're on, this will bother you. I can see all of the edges out of the corners of my vision. But it doesn't bother me. The frames cover about 85-90% of my sight, which includes my whole monitor.I didn't receive a soft cleaning cloth with my order, but I already have one so I'm okay with that. Just don't depend on getting one with your order!

READ MY UPDATE. I wear these in a +400 whenever I'm not wearing my contacts. The vision is excellent. Quality is strong, light and the nosepiece doesn't leave those nasty red marks. The only prob I have is that by the end of the day I have a painful dent on my head right above my earlobe. I can deal with that. The lenses are on the yellowish side of amber, wish they were clear.Being so lightweight and due to being half rim, they pretty much disappear on your face.UPDATE: Nose piece broke off. Got a refund and reordered. The metal holding the plastic nose piece gouged up my nose and then the nose piece broke AGAIN trying to adjust it. CRAP.

Our IT dept started wearing and recommending these type of blue light protective glasses. I immediately went to Amazon to try and find an attractive pair (key!), scrolling through several before coming across these… Which are very stylish and beautiful. More importantly they have cut down on the glare of the annoying florescent lights above me and the light from my computer - which I had adjusted, but didn’t realize how bright it still was until I started wearing these glasses. They are very comfortable and soothing. I find myself wanting to put them on immediately as soon as I get to the office and if I have to take them off, I can’t wait to put them back on! They are very nice quality and I highly recommend them. I bought another pair as soon as I received the first pair. Note, they are reading glasses, so they have magnification to them. I’m not sure if non-magnifying is available.

I bought 2 pairs. I leave one pair with my laptop and I keep the other pair on my night table with my tablet. I wear contacts and after reading the newspaper, paying bills, and checking emails my eyes would bother me. Sometimes I didn't read at nght because my eyes would tear. I no longer have problems when working on my laptop or reading on my tablet. I also use them when sending texts.The sellers are very reliable. When I had a problem wth one pair of the glasses, they took care of it immediately.

I've had these lovely reading glasses for over a month now and I am very pleased with them. They are well made, superior reading glasses, that are wonderful at helping me with reading on a computer, blocking the blue light. I think they look great on me, as I usually have a hard time finding any glasses that look okay, it is probably my face shape. These wear comfortably, are lightweight, and do not leave marks on my nose like other glasses do. I am glad I bought them. The price initially made me wary, but in 'hindsight' (lol) I can say they are well worth it.

These glasses are light weight and attractive. I’m addition they are one of the few glasses available go people requiring magnification over 2. My complaint is that they are not optical quality. I could not see clear enough to read well. These, however were better than the pair that I returned for the same reason. I use them to read ebooks and was concerned that Amazon might drop me for too many returns! So..,.. I changed my ebook settings to having a black background with white lettering. I don’t know if this qualifies as an adequate substitute for the blueblocking glasses, but I can read.

My husband is on the computer when he is awake. This was taking a huge toll on his eyes. He is notoriously hard on 'mere things'. These glasses have withstood much abuse and I feared for them having a softer plastic lens and only a partial frame. He eventually scatched them by putting then in shirt pocket with metal pens/pencils. UGH! However these are sturdy, becoming, lightweight and the magnification is a huge help! I had to 'defend' them.Other programmers at his office tried them and noticed eye relief whereas he came home with a headache from not wearing them.

These are great to wear for reading and also look nice...I have many compliments on these glasses....the frame seems to be durable. I have had mine for almost a year now....good quality frames, and they hold up very well.
