The media could not be loaded. I utilized this medication for a few weeks in the hopes of discovering anything that would assist in relieving my sore legs after a day of being filled with activities. I believe that the impact that was most evident to me was the manner that it offered a slight sensation of comfort to my muscles during times when they felt tired or strained. The application of it before going to bed was something that I liked doing since it seems to help with a more peaceful night, particularly after a more strenuous exercise or an evening stroll. As time went on, I became aware that it had become a little but significant component of settling down in the evening. This was due to the fact that it seemed to assist in easing some of the stress that had been built up during the day.

This stuff is super weird. I'm not sure if it actually works. It might help a little bit but it might just be in my head. I spend much of the day in steel toe boots on a variety of surfaces and terrains. At the end of each day, my feet kill me. Can't usually wait to get home and get my boots off. I have been putting this on my feet at the end of the workday. I know it sounds like snake oil but I do think that maybe this stuff helps. It might also just be placebo to though. Speaking of oil, this seems like it is just water with a light scent added. If it does help than it is subtle. I'm not sure if I would get this stuff again but maybe I would. I am giving this 4 stars.

I have been using magnesium on my legs for years. My doctor originally told me to. It helps prevent leg cramps and movement caused by nerves.I have been using this Magnesium oil spray for a while now and have found it to be effective all night long.It is easy to use and doesn’t stay oily. It soaks into your skin.I like that you get two 13.19 oz. Bottles.I like the quality of this Magnesium oil Spray and would recommend it.

Bought this in OCT and here’s my update!I’m mostly on my feet all day at work and they get sore to the point where it hurts the next day and yet I have to keep walking on them.THIS SPRAY! After work, spray and massage into the bottom of your feet, and wait for the magic/science to work. 15 to 30 mins, I already feel a slight difference. I spray before I go to bed as well and I wake up feeling a lot less sore !My other half has joint pain in his knees and I used it on him as well, IT WORKED !I noticed that it does put me in relax mode and makes going to sleep a lot easier as well.Side note: the spray is not oily and dries pretty fast. It might leave your skin more dry than usual but it already recommends you can use moisturizer with it. As for scent, it’s not intense, it’s like a hint of it.I’m sure there’s more benefits to this spray but as of right now, it helps with sore feet and joint pain.If you’re still reading this, idk why you haven’t added it to your cart already. If you don’t need it, buy it for your old loved ones/hardworking family members/friends. I’m sure they would appreciate it!

I got this magnesium spray (Magnesium Oil Spray -Big Size 13oz Magnesium Oil for Feet & Body - Leg Cramps, Joint Health & Sleep Support, Nourish Skin & Hair) at the suggestion of a friend to use for sleep and leg cramps. The spray comes out in a fine mist and rubs in easy. Once it starts to dry, it creates a film on the skin, this is typical for magnesium. I started to feel a cramp in one of my calves and I quickly grabbed this bottle and spray it on and rubbed it in. I never got the full on charlie horse cramp so it must have worked. Another night I rubbed it onto the bottom of my feet to help with sleep and that also seem to do the trick. I felt sleepy after a while and slept pretty good.Due to the nature of magnesium on the skin being a bit tacky, it isn't the most comfortable feeling to have that film on but that's way more tolerable than leg cramps. I find it necessary to rinse my hands with water after rubbing this spray in and then drying my hands well with a paper towel. Soap doesn’t seem to get rid of the film if you don’t wet and wipe the film away with a paper towel. Afterwards my hands feel soft. I appreciate the fact that it doesn't have any smell to it. I like it so far and I'm glad I was able to get this to try out.

I am reviewing this two pack of Magnesium Oil Spray. This is a Large Size bottle compared to other Magnesium Oil Spray I have used in the past. These bottles have 13.19 ounces in each bottle.The listing states that this is 100% Pure Magnesium Chloride that provides 150 mg magnesium per 5 sprays. Unfortunately I am not able to tolerate magnesium pills so this is an option for me to get my magnesium topically. I have had great results when spraying Magnesium Oil on my achy muscles in the past and wanted to try this brand because of the amount of oil you get in this set.This spray does have a slight odor when first sprayed but seems to dissipate fairly quickly. It did NOT burn my skin and absorbed quickly. The spray bottle worked well and I feel like I got a good even amount sprayed on my skin. I really like this set and I am glad I got it.

This magnesium oil spray is easy to apply, does not have any strong scents or harsh chemicals, and is not greasy. It leaves my skin feeling smooth after massaging it in. I did have a bit of a burning sensation after applying it to my wrist, but that has been my experience with all magnesium oils that I have used. Thus far, I am pleased with it. It is a large bottle, so it should last me a while.
