Sound quality comfort ease of use
I bought at least 10 different pairs with the thought of returning the ones that failed i want them mostly for great quality hi definition sound next watch TV and movies third phone calls these are the ones that I kept five stars fantastic soundstage is amazing you can close your eyes and very clearly hear where the instruments and voices are grate bass right out of the box incredible treble and mids works well on the phone and gives you a great almost surrounded experience watching TV and movies if you live in a apartment or don't want to bother family members the case is great although a little tough to navigate has all the options you could hope for battery life is great and charging is fast (remove the factory stickers over the charging points) my only draw back is price point 300 is a lot for ear buds but they are the ones I kept because at the end of the day they flat out perform and do what they claim i forgot to they were also the most comfortable of all the ones that I tried and feel secure and stay I'm place very well noise canceling is also fantastic if you don't want to spend 300 dollars i also kept the liberty 4 pros for half of the cost they are very very close and less expensive and offer all the same bells and whistles I love technology and getting what I paid for both of these had me sold from the minute I put them in my ears

Great sound and fantastic battery life!
These headphones are pretty cool. I use these every day and the battery life is great. The case recharges them multiple times . I've used them for several hours at a time and my ears never get sore. They include multiple tips to fit your ears but my favorite ones are the foam tips . My old pair would always start to fall out of my ears or actually fall out in the gym. Leaving me scrambling all over the floor trying to grab them . If your in the gym you don't want to constantly be adjusting your tunes or fighting them to stay in. These i put in and they stay exactly put where I placed them . Case and headphones are well put together . One thing that I find odd is that it only has a bumper spot on the back to lay them flat on the back and not upright. Small thing just feel like it's noteworthy. Overall I'm very pleased with them.

Right side no longer turns on/activates after less than three weeks
These worked great and I love the sound quality and features, but the right side no longer works. I'm reaching out to support and put in a claim, info I've gotten back so far:With TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. Please click on this link for detailed online instructions. If this does not solve the problem, please continue to “Next Steps”.Next Steps: Warranty ValidationSince your unit is within the 1-year warranty period, please send the following to initiate a claim:A copy of the receipt showing the place of purchase as well as the date, item, and priceIf you do not have proof of purchase, please include the serial number – this can be found on the hinge of the charging case and the format should be SN: AB1234-CD1234567Your shipping address (please note that we do not ship to POs or APOs)Your phone numberMay not order from JBL again depending on how this goes. Far too expensive for a failure after a couple weeks. I have only had these since the 24th or so of last month (Christmas gift for myself). Will update my review with how well that support goes.

Not bad so far
I'm still getting the hang of it, but my first impression isn't bad. There are only two things that really bother me so far. The first is the provided tips. The biggest ones are too small and the material and design of them makes getting a good seal difficult. The noise cancelling is good, but with the provided tips I have a difficult time getting the placement right. So the feature is wasted. I burned some money on Comply tips like I usually do and those over priced pieces of foam resolved that issue for now.The second thing that bug me are the audio alerts like low battery beeping and feedback sounds from the touch controls on the earbuds. I have never needed or wanted such an obnoxious features. The battery beeping is by far the worse, though. It doesn't matter how infrequent the beeps are. I don't need it and always hate it. It's a dumb feature. Like I mentioned off the bat I'm still getting the hang of them. So if there's a way to turn that off then I only have one complaint and you'll have to forgive my ignorance. The positive points that stand out to me are the noise cancelling, battery life, the case screen (I don't know why others don't use them because it's awesome), and the design.Nothing else sticks out to me now, but I will be updating this in the future.Update March 29 2025I'm knocking it down a star because I have had the earbuds factory reset on their own twice now. I also noticed the right earbud always drains battery significantly faster than the left one. It has also apparent now that the audio alerts cannot be disabled. You're either stuff with a voice or beeps and I want neither. Now to elaborate on the factory reset (glitch?). I think this may be tied to me being out of range from the case with the earbuds and my phone. I'm certain I'm not inadvertently resetting it on purpose. When I wear them all day out of range from the case and return the case's background image is changed and and the time is off. I have to the forget them and re-pair them with my devices to use them again. Then I have to reapply my preferred settings, too. I don't appreciate that.
