Classic ab roller, good price
It takes a minute to “break it in,” as when you first roll it it’s not terribly smooth. However, after just a dozen sets or so, it rolls better.

Not stable. Cheapest most unfriendly one I have ever used in over 40 years of using an app wheel. Garbage. The only reason I didn’t return it I was out of town.
