Great for cleaning BUT I bought this as a steriliser and it specifically says on the packaging that it does NOT sterilise the roller!! Looks like I'm going to have to buy steriliser now too.

I bought this product to clean my dermaroller at home. I was worried about bacteria on the roller after use. I chose colloidal silver after much research. I have read about its use in hospitals and preferred it to the more common alcohol based cleaners. The product arrived swiftly as it was sent by Amazon. The spray is completely clear as you would expect and is easy to apply to the roller. I have been using it for a little while now and have had no problems with the roller. 50mL seems quite large and I think the bottle will last for years at my current rate of use (I only use the roller every couple of weeks). I would happily recommend this product if you’re looking for a way to keep your dermaroller sterile.

I bought the White Lotus to clean my Derma roller. I received a different item (see picture) which clearly states at the back "This cleaner does not sterilise skin penetration devices". So I can't use it for my purpose. I tried to return it but they want me to go to drop it off at the post office. During quarantine. Seriously? I HAVE to drop it off during quarantine? No, thanks. So the only solution for me is to loose my money.

I bought this to sterilise my dermaroller after use. It arrived quickly and is easy to use. I would recommend it.

Produkt wurde schnell geliefert. Benutze es für den Dermaroller. Keine lange Wartezeit einfach aufsprühen ,fertig .Mit dem guten Gefühl,das der Dermaroller gut gereinigt ist.

Pues aún no lo pruebo, viene en perfectas condiciones, así que parece estar bien, lo usaré pronto porque he escuchado buenas opiniones.

Die Lieferung erfolgte am übernächsten Tag, die Verpackung war einwandfrei und das Spray hat mir außerordentlich schnell geholfen. Habe ich es doch zur Linderung eines Neurodermitis-Schubes eingesetzt. Ich habe die Tinktur einfach auf die betroffenen Hautstellen aufgesprüht und man konnte dabei zuschauen, wie sich die gereizte Haut beruhigte. Innerhalb von 2 Stunden war eine deutliche Besserung zu erkennen. Eine Linderung des Juckreizes erfolgte innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Nach 2 Tagen war der Schub Vergangenheit und auch sichtbare Spuren bleiben mir erspart. Was ich allerdings bemängeln muss und daher zum Abzug eines Sternes führte, war die Tatsache, dass das Fläschchen ohne Schutzkappe geliefert wurde. Das sollte nicht passieren bei einem so hochwertigen Produkt.
