This product is exactly what I needed at a fraction of the price of the Marks USA mortise lock. When i bought it, i reached out to the seller (Jay Supply) to see if they could key the two sets i purchased alike. They happily fulfilled that request and made sure I had the correct door orientation for what I had purchased. Easy plug and play install to replace my 30+ year old Marks original mortise.
