Bad support from Amazon
I have received the open product, support from Amazon is also very bad ,One of the worst product received from Amazon. Sound quality is very bad and amazon is sending defective product, and they are not ready to admit their mistakes.

Amazing Product!
I bought this acwo Decibel ANC TWS earbuds! After experiencing good soun with good comfort and the colour I bought impressed me and thought to write review for this one. It is compact and easy to carry. Because of its good fit to my ears i am using them while workout and also using them while cycling, my existing earbuds were not that fit, so it is good for me. The sound output is also clear with good bass. The active noise cancellation is impressive, blocking the noise of surrounding one more thing about this earbuds is it has 4 EQ modes, and work time is also attractive Overall, the ACWO Decibel ANC TWS earbuds is a great choice for me and anyone who is looking for high-quality wireless earbuds with excellent sound performance, long battery life, and effective noise cancellatio with the perfect fit that is very important . I recommend it

Sound OK poor noise cancellation
I m writing this review after 1month of my purchase.. I used this earphone most of the time and1. Battery backup is good.2. Sound quality is also fine.3. Connectivity is also fine.Only issue I see is very poor Noise cancellation, while speaking in traffic or in open area caller won't be able to hear u or will hear background noises only
