System doesn’t work. Doesn’t turn on. Found video for timer online (youtube) hooked up very correctly. Pump just never comes on. Manual button on timer doesn’t work… So can’t force the pump on. Triple checked wiring … planted a garden at my Wyoming ranch … watered by bucket… but it’ll all die because I have to leave and can’t water from other home. Whatever that mystery “ 6” on the timer is that appears instead of it turning on … nobody knows.Lousy support no website no phone number … buy this and you’re on your own!!!

Where do I start... first thing customer service was very friendly and REFUNDED my money. The control box will not support the weight of the battery and is of extremely thin plastic so mine came shattered as well. The wiring was wrong and had to rewire according to their schematic and it will still not pump water from the well. It's a 10 feet spring fed well, so not over the max pump height. Had really high hopes, as this setup is perfect for my situation. The timer instructions are terrible at best and just indicate what the button is supposed to do not how to set it. Save the headache and find something else. Thankfully they refunded my money.

Product arrived with two broken parts, a solar panel and the timer were both broken. Contacted seller and they replaced the timer promptly. Unfortunately by the time the replacement timer arrived the controller stopped lighting up and functioning though no water pumping had occurred yet. I have struggled to get a response from the seller to replace the controller. Installation and assembly were easy but the equipment seems to be of very poor quality.

I purchased this item in Feb 2025. Opened it up on April 22. Found the controller box busted and a solar panel shattered. (Poor packaging inside the box).Contacted the company and they responded quickly. They sent a replacement panel which came undamaged. The controller box came with pretty much the same damage.I immediately emailed them again with pictures and have received no response.It’s a pretty simple thing to just send the charge controller box. Not sure why I’m getting no response.
