Positives: looks great when completed, fairly sturdy, true to size. Negatives: Comes in nearly 30 pieces, (not including hardware) packed like it's not meant to be opened, impossible to re-pack if you decided it isn't what you want, and the directions are atrocious. I consider myself to be very handy and rarely have any issues assembling things, but this took me (alone) nearly 2 hours to assemble. There are 53 screws you'll need a philips head for & 24 you tighten with an Allen key. A power drill will cut your time in half. The instructions are missing details (specifically page 5, step 2 doesn't tell you what screws you need, its C) and determining the orientation of each piece is a nightmare even if you have 20/20 vision. The first one I built something went wrong and the drawer doesn't open. I think one of the screws may have been angled funny when i screwed it in and is catching the drawer. I am not deconstructing it to find out. The second one I built turned out fine and the drawer works with no issues. I used a power drill the second time, HIGHLY RECCOMEND USING A POWER DRILL. This is a sturdy well built cart. I use it at my pedicure station in my salon and I am very happy with it!
