I bought this with a great deal of caution, thinking it probably wouldn’t help me with the neck pain that I always have every single morning with the way I used to sleep with my other pillows. I took a sleeping pill the first night because I knew I was gonna have a problem sleeping differently than I used to wish I did until the pill took effect when I woke up in the morning, but absolutely no neck pain whatsoever I never had a problem again I fall asleep with this pillow effortlessly, and I highly recommend it. Yes it takes a very brief trial period to get used to it, but that doesn’t matter because the way I used to sleep with the pillows that I had caused a great deal of pain so this is absolutely great and I love it. I just can’t recommend this enough.

I’m LOVING this cervical neck pillow! It is very comfortable, and has helped my pain immensely! I am a side sleeper, and I sleep comfortably on this. It also feels good if you lay on your back. If you are having neck pain, get this pillow! You won’t be disappointed!

It feels good when you nestle your head into the depressed area for your head while the rest of the pillow supports your neck and face. I should have paid more attention to its size. It's more for a twin size bed. Didn't notice a bad smell. It's made of memory foam.

I was not sure at first but love it now. Hard to sleep on regular pillows now after using this one. I am a side sleeper and it works perfect for me.

So my only complaint is the pillow cover came torn from the box which I really dislike so now I’ll have to replace it at some point, as far as comfort level it was incredibly comfortable and it was a little high but I took out the base pad and it was at a perfect height, I didn’t like the smell but I been venting it and it should be gone fully soon. I love the support of the pillow and it’s semi firm not to soft it retains its shape, it’s so hard for me to fall asleep, but with this pillow I dozed away so fast and I slept so well. I woke up refreshed feeling good…..

Best cervical support pillow out there. I've tried 3 other different kinds recently and they either didn't have enough support or squashed flat within a few weeks. This pillow supports both back and side sleeping while preventing neck pain. It's firm enough to maintain shape while sleeping but not so firm that it's uncomfortable. Fantastic value for the price.

In the beginning, it felt a little awkward. As someone who sleeps on their side, I noticed it relieved some discomfort in my shoulder.

Ordered two of them and wife and I are very impressed with the support provided. It cradles your neck and makes transitioning to side sleeping easy. It is a cool comfort pillow with support needed in areas to give you a great night's sleep. Highly recommend.
