I am an endurance runner and I definitely notice a difference. It is hard to describe. Muscle recovery seems to be more efficient than before. I take 3 with dinner after runs/workouts; I am pretty small so I assumed I could get away with a smaller dose. I don't smell anything but I'm also not sticking my nose in the bottle. GI-wise, nothing changed - no 'clean out' and no issues either. 5/5!

Excellent supplement. Fast acting. You will notice the difference the next day after taking the supplement. One caution, the supplement starts by cleaning you out of fat and impurities, prepare to use the bathroom during the first few days. You will notice your middle section reduced by the first week. While this is not a fat lose supplement, it sure acts really fast like one. This may not happen to all who use it but this was my take on it. Even my wife said you look more muscular, did you start working out.

I give this to my growing teenager along with digestive enzymes and krill oil. They help to supplement gaps in their diet. My older son always had digestive and nutrient absorption issues; he is now doing much better.

I'm 89 and have taken aminos for many years. I've been taking this formula for a month or so and definitely notice an improved energy. I've increased my daily duties because I have the energy to do them. Generally speaking, amino acids are necessary. Can find volumes written about them if you care to research. One reason I feel they have improved my energy and overall health is that I have colitis, which draws energy to sometimes just no energy. Aminos have helped tremendously.

Results are not really there, don't know if it's working honestly.

I keep ordering it which is testimony enough. Stop asking.
