Was scared b4 but got better than expected!
Okay so this is coming from a person who is VERY skeptical when buying some electronics online, I checked a tones of comments and devices before choosing this and TBH wasn’t sure but TRUST ME the price is very affordable for such great piece! Just keep in mind if you’re going for open ear don’t expect complete noise canceling and high bass only music hitting your brain being disconnected from the world. THE SOUND IS REALLY GOOD just properly arrange in your ears its clear its reasonably loud i mean good loud great for music haven’t used for calls so no idea about that. But from my side 100% recommended to someone who doesn’t want earbuds to fall while intense work out or even while shaking head :p

Good for its price
Good for its price, no noise cancellation, good sound quality on calls midrange on music, I liked the fact it is outside your ear so you don’t feel pressure or get tired of it.

Poor sound quality.
Bought this after seeing a 4.4 star best seller rating on Amazon. Sound quality was absolutely pathetic. Open ear technology was not made for music lovers. Oh and the ear clips have to be returned to the original position everytime you have to put the buds back in the case. Ridiculous!

Excellent ear phones for an incredible bargain (got at 50% off). Have only used in-ear headphones before, and they were never comfortable and never stayed in my ears no matter what I tried (all the different size tips, over the ear versions, etc.). These stay in place, are so comfortable I don’t even remember I have them on, and the sound quality is excellent. They are very customizable for sound and control functionality. Can be a little annoying because the controls are touch-sensitive, so it is hard to put them on without accidentally touching the controls. If you want a want a simple plug-and-play, these aren’t it. But the minor annoyance is worth the comfort and sound quality. The company offers many features through the app. I will likely never use any of them (I just want simple ear buds), but nice to have the option if I ever change my mind.

As someone who finds traditional in-ear buds uncomfortable after an hour, the open-ear design of the V20i is a total game-changer. They don't sit inside the ear canal, which means zero ear fatigue. The biggest benefit for me has been situational awareness—I can listen to my music or podcasts while still hearing traffic or someone calling my name, making them much safer for outdoor running and office use. The standout feature is definitely the adjustable ear hooks. Most wrap-around headphones are 'one size fits all,' but these allow you to click the hooks into four different positions to find the perfect angle for your ear shape. I found the 3rd 'click' gave me a snug, bounce-free fit that stayed perfectly in place during a high-intensity cardio session. I was skeptical about the bass on an open-ear model, but the 16mm drivers and 'BassUp' technology really deliver. The sound is rich and clear. I highly recommend downloading the soundcore App—it allows you to customise the touch controls and choose from different EQ profiles. The 'Podcast' setting is particularly good for sharpening voices in noisy environments. The battery life is stellar. I’m getting nearly 8 hours from a single charge, and the case provides plenty of top-ups for a total of around 36 hours. The multipoint connection is also a huge plus; I can stay connected to my laptop for Zoom calls and my phone for notifications simultaneously without having to re-pair. If you hate the 'blocked-in' feeling of normal earbuds or need to stay aware of your environment, the soundcore V20i is the best budget-friendly option on the market. They are lightweight, highly adjustable, and offer the reliability Anker is known for.

I bought these “open ear” earphones explicitly for listening to podcasts on the go. Music? It never even occurred to me to use them for anything else but podcasts and audiobooks. To put things in perspective, I am an unabashed audiophile. For listening to music at home I have spent thousands on my audio system in the living room, on my high end planar headphone set up and on my in-ear monitors for on the go music listening, Nice. Now functionally I thought these earphones were great well-made very good fit. I hardly even know that I’m wearing them. Battery life is incredible. Then one day I decided just for fun. I would try them with online music from my lossless FLAC music library, expecting really nothing much. So, using the Soundcore application I changed the sound profile from “podcast” to “Souncore Signature” (default). OK, I was shocked. Pleasantly shocked. I could not believe how good these earphones sounded. I mean not great sounding for “on ears”. Just great sounding. Period. I was expecting them to sound shrill. No they’re not shrill. I was expecting them to lack bass. No, they have very acceptable bass. I was expecting them to lack mid range. They have very acceptable mid range. I consider myself to be a critical listener, mostly classical and jazz. Right now I’m listening to a piano concerto, by Saint Saens, a recording that demands clear articulate playback - on my iPhone - on Bluetooth - on open ear earphones (audiophile sacrilege). And I’m absolutely loving it. This goes far beyond my expectations. And I find the soundcore iPhone application to add considerable value with built in as well as customizable equalization - although I find that the default equalization profile works for me perfectly. It even has a loud sounding locator for a misplaced unit. I’m certainly not suggesting that these in any way approach “audiophile” quality, but I can put them on my ears, forget they’re on my ears, and just enjoy the experience. I would certainly buy it again if it had to be replaced
