Best floor cleaner ever!
I am 76 years old and live with my dog, so my floors need frequent cleaning. I have tile floors throughout my home, and this Tineco vacuum has made cleaning my floors so easy for me. I love everything about it. I got the corded model so I can run it as long as I want without charging. It is self propelled so it is very easy for me to run and move around. It vacuums, scrubs and steams my floors all in one pass. When I am done, I put it back on the base, and it runs a 5 minute program that cleans the brush. All I have to do it empty out the water receptacles and it is ready for next time. I actually look forward to cleaning my floors now. This company also provides very good customer service. I highly recommend this product.

The corded one is the only way to go
I have bought three Tinecos. I returned the cordless one to Costco because, even brand new, it couldn't hold a charge long enough to do my kitchen. So I like the corded option much better. This does a decent job if you clean it thoroughly after each use. Dog hair needs to be removed to keep the suction from getting jammed. I do not know if the steam is hot enough to sanitize. I am curious if it actually sanitizes it, or just picks up.

So easy to use
So far I'm loving this machine. Lightweight, easy to maneuver, dies t iverwet the floor and it dries quickly. My acacia floors have a ripple texture and mist machines don't vac up the water well, but this one does the job perfectly.

Don’t get this if you have pets
This thing isn’t worth having. Takes twice as long to get the job done. Doesn’t get the edge cleaned. Doesn’t pick up dog hair. I had a bissel cross wave a few years back and it really doesn’t compare to this. Very disappointing.

Very Useful Floor Steam Vac Basic Corded Expect To Last Decade+
Yep, glad I got this Tineco steam cleaning, hot roller-scrubbing, floor vacuum. Floors in whole house are now much easier clean; even daily with pets. Bought because it sanitizes w/o putting more chemicals into my home's interior. Tanks are large enough, but not so large that a physically-limited person would have issues. Both can be handled at a typical kitchen sink. Is a very well engineered & constructed unit. Expecting many years of use. Nothing is flimsy on this non-digital "less-stuff-to-break" corded version. With few sensors and no "display". No batteries to mess with, cord is very tough, long enough to cover a whole room. Self-cleaning mode is effective, after 1st cleaning the no-tools removable roller & tanks. The base motor unit is easily & fully cleaned with a sink-sprayer and provided bottle-brush thru the single ~3/4" dia. roller-to-dump tank suction tube. After that, reassemble, without tools, and set on the provided storage drip-pan, simply touch the top (green) "self-clean" cycle button. I use it nearly daily, to clean up aging-cat messes, and lots of hair. It has NOT become musty, after 5 months. It's quickly ready-to-use, be sure to turn on "steam" mode, only takes ~30 sec. to get steamy. Does also help greatly with tight-nap rugs, even though Tineco spec'd only for bare-floors. Roller is a soft-nap microfiber-like ~2" dia.. Is soft, is not a scratchy or stiff-bristle roller (like in dry-vacs). Even my old soft vinyl floors, and real-wood lat hall, are never scratched.

Discontinued product?
I bought iFloor 5 steam wet dry vac recently. I wanted extra rollers and filters. Neither are listed for sale on Tinneco's site. The Tinneco rep told me filters are out of stock with no expected availability. The rollers were available through a bizarre and time consuming process. He gave me a link to a generic Accessories page where I could buy an unspecified accessory for $1. He told me to change that to $23 and submit my “order”. Then I received an emailed order confirmation and had to give him my confirmation number. He apparently then placed the order for the replacement roller. I'll only know for sure when something arrives. If I stopped anywhere in this byzantine process, I would have to start over with another Tinneco rep. Too bizarre for me to consider for future replacement needs. I will trash this machine and buy from another manufacturer with honest and efficient product support. I'll give a review of the machine. It is adequate for light duty on my glazed porcelain tile. I purposely spilled orange juice on the kitchen floor and let it dry. The machine did nothing even from multiple slow passes and from letting the steam sit over the spot. It cleans light accumulation of daily traffic well. The best part is that the tiles are very shiny and bright after use. I would not throw away the bucket and Pinesol. I doubt the claims of sanitization. The machine is very heavy. I would not expect a battery powered version to last long per charge.
