Will the Genotropin pen fit in this case?

Looks like the same size as mine. Should fit fine. I can fit up to 3 in there with the ice pack provided, but one pen lasts about a month so really carry 1. Height should be no problem. If it doesn't, it's easy enough to return. But most likely will fit.

How many Benlysta injectors will fit with frozen biogel?

Sorry, I don’t use that medication. However I use Insulin Pens called Humulin and it fits 5 of those, they are about 5/8” round and 6” long maybe that will help you calculate.

How long will the biogel stay frozen if hard frozen overnight?

For my eight hour flight, with additional time from home to hotel, it was still frozen as if it had just been taken out of the freezer. It kept my meds the right temperature. Very happy with this purchase.
