Nice socket
Once fitted and the outer edge clipped in place it looks nice. The plug socket is a little tight when putting plug in, but perhaps it’s the newness and it may get easier the more it’s used.

Socket Simplicity ⚙️
I’ve used this 2-gang wall socket, and it works well without any fuss. The design is clean and modern, with gently curved rockers that blend nicely into my space. It’s unobtrusive but still looks smart. The materials feel sturdy, and the socket seems built to last. Knowing it meets British safety standards adds a bit of confidence, especially for everyday use. It handles multiple appliances without any issues.Overall, it’s a solid and reliable choice. Nothing flashy, just a well-made socket that does its job while looking tidy.

Good quality and looks neat on the wall.
ABB are a well-established company that I more generally recognise as supplying commercial or industrial products, so I was interested in checking out their INORA range of wiring devices. I chose white accessories, but other colours are available to suit your décor. The product arrived in a plastic wrapper with a printed ABB logo and a product label attached. Inside the package is a wiring diagram and a packet of screws. The cover plate is also pre-attached, but removing it using a flat-bladed screwdriver is simple. The switches are in the middle and have a positive action. The shutters operate easily when the earth pin is pushed in, with no additional safety mechanism so care must be taken if you have children.Regarding terminating, all the terminals are accessed from the top with two earth connections on each outer edge. The terminals contain captive screws and are suitable for either flat or Philips drivers but there is no mention of the torque setting required. The terminals are at different depths, and it can be a little awkward when connecting up, but the cables are held firmly. There are standard fixing holes for UK backboxes and four more fixing holes in each corner. After installation the cover plate clips on securely and will not fall off easily. This gives the unit a neat appearance on the wall. The item is made in China, shows all of the relative compliance and BS codes and appears to be well-made using good-quality plastics. I clearly cannot test for longevity or current ratings, but the quality is certainly on a par with other electrical brands I have used recently and I would have no issues installing more of them in my property.

Affordable, high quality plug sockets
These are fantastic value for money with free next day delivery from a well known established brand. Works great and cheap to kit out your whole house, and not an off brand so you can trust it for electrical safety.

Looks decent but you can’t plug things in.
Sending back as after getting it all wired in you can’t actually plug things in so useless. Fuming. Lots of people seem to have the same issue so the seller needs to sort this out.
