This item has no smell or distinct taste. It is easy to swallow! Slightly sticky but it depends on the humidity of where you live. Great quality and great price! Highly recommend for additional choline during pregnancy!

No weird taste, and unlike other brands, you only take 1 capsule to get the amount instead of 3 or 4. This amount is less than is recommended for pregnant people or fertility, so just be aware of that. But this is a good option if you are looking to add more choline into your supplement routine. The cap on this is a regular cap, not a childproof one, so keep it out of the reach of kids.

This is a newly opened bottle. I found some pills that have a weird yellowish residue on them. Which is alarming. There was also a blue substance which I thought was mold somehow but that scraped off. I’m a little apprehensive to take this pills considering the strange substance. The plastic heart is scented to mask the smell of the pills. I have a strong sense of smell since I’m pregnant and it still smells strange. The link advertises that it’s for pregnancy/post natal but the bottle doesn’t really specify that so I went back to the link to double check if it was safe to take. The cap says it’s child proof. It is not.

I started taking choline at the suggestion of my Dr. because I have brain fog & memory loss. Since I started taking this, the fog has lifted and I am not forgetting as much. The pills are easy to swallow, their size isn't huge, there is no taste, and they smell like cherry from the cute little dessicant heart they put in the bottle! Great quality, definite value for the money.

I have never had an experience with a pull like this! The first time I took it I was literally up for 6 hours because the pain in my stomach wouldn’t go away! I thought it was user error, maybe I hadn’t eaten enough prior. The second time, I was up all night. Even after 12 hours the pain in my stomach wouldn’t go away. There is something wrong with this choline pill. I did a test with two other random supplements. Soaked them in a cup of water. Long long after the other pills had completely dissolved, the shell of this choline pill was still in tact. I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this - but it is absolutely unacceptable! It literally wouldn’t dissolve!! I’m writing this after 18 hours of pain and indigestion STILL in my stomach. I genuinely don’t even have words.
