The best curing salt you can get!!
This was our first year harvesting our own pig. After research, we learned this pink curing salt was not only necessary but also the highest recommended brand. It made our curing process so simple! We have already cured ham and bacon with this curing salt. It works amazingly well! Worth every penny. Now we will always use this in the future.
