This is my 2nd purchase from POEM DESIGN CO. Since I AM so pleased with both my purchases. I've purchased 2 more as GIFTS. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Co. And their 3-D crystals are FABULOUS & YOU can NOT GO WRONG, ordering from POEM. I CAN SEE the most incredible detail. Including SINGLE strands of HAIR. AND...flowers on her shorts & piping detail on her shorts. Excellent COMPANY. JUST 1 SMALL COMPLAINT. They should include an area for customers can leave Instructions or leave details about their order.example...ppl in background not to be included in IMAGE! They don't leave an area for directions & SHOULD. DEFINITELY SHOULD.☹️

I think I stole the show with this one. Christmas gift for my mom with her grand babies printed on it. She loved it and was in tears.Arrives quick, quality and clarity were great. Even on the small size. I was a little worried because you don't get any preview of what it will look like. So pulled the trigger and prayed it would turn out.I'm very happy I did...wish I could gave been there to see her smile.

This was a cheaper cost order, as some places are twice as much. Actually it came out rather good. Better than I hoped and for half the price of some others. I really do like it. Maybe if the photo was better it would look even better. Overall. Very good.
