The teepee comes with 5 spots in the material for poles but only 4 poles. This is not an unintentional mistake as the instructions and details in the Amazon listing, list 4 poles. I however contacted the company and asked for a 5th pole and they sent me an entire new teepee pack within a week. It is sturdy once built and the steady ball works well. The pockets are on the outside but honestly it's so cute I don't care. The material is nice and thick and the floor mat is quite cushioned. The teepee canvas comes with 2 eyelets in the top center part to thread the rope through to hold canvas up. If you do this it will not slip.

I purchased this for my baby and noticed some manufacturer issues. For one, the pockets advertised were not on the inside of the teepee, but on the outside. Additionally theres an extra pole pocket, but one less pole. It’s supposed to only need 4 poles, but an extra pole would have made it sturdier and more spacious. I was also missing one of the wooden balls it came with, I ended up purchasing one at hobby lobby. I did contact seller and they offered to replace, but it didn’t seem worth the effort to return after i had already assembled and decorated with the stars.**i was contacted again by seller and they rectified the situation**

Overall, the tent is good, but it is difficult to follow instructions on the video provided by seller. The poles were easy to put together, but the most confusing part is the string and the stability ball, neither of which my husband or my dad could figure out. Once the poles are up, it does stay erect, but it does collapse a bit easily when jostled around.

I’m so disappointed my tent is missing partsUpdate.I was contacted by the seller and as soon as I told him I was missing parts he immediately offered a brand new tent and it got delivered right away, no questions asked. The tent is beautiful!!!

Bought this for my 5 yo granddaughter's 5 yo birthday. It's so darling. Beautiful pink. Did take 2 to put up but not difficult. Loved it.

Love the teepee! Arrived on time and somewhat easy to assemble. Required two people and took less than 1 hour. My four year old daughter loves it. Seems sturdy and I really liked it comes with a floor mat.

I love the tent as well as the pink canvas but it was hard for my putting it together. The instructions are that clear on how to put the stability ball in place. It took several times to get it up but I love the tent.
