Nice initial cool spray but doesn’t seem to cool my got feet as much as I hoped. Cool as sprayed and that’s it

Replacement for existing one
Have bought before as a replacement for my original Boot's lotion which is no longer in production.It is not quite as good and sometimes the spray top malfunctions.
