This was a bit of a surprise, it works great, had no issues cutting branches 2". It's easy to use and the batteries that came with it last a while, so I don't need to grab my makita ones. A lot easier than loppers and trying to use my small chain saw. A great product for the price.

As I get older 60+, pruning trees has gotten more time consuming. I was hesitate at first about getting electric pruners, but decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did. These make pruning an ease. They are fast. The battery lasts longer than I need. Using the extension poles makes trimming the trees so easy. Safer than trying to use manual pruners especially on a ladder. So glad I bought these, I would buy again.

Such an amazing tool, chops through most everything easily. Could be extremely dangerous if not respected properly. Works great but be personally aware of your fingers at all times!

I'm impressed. I just pruned a crabapple tree that was covered with suckers and dead branches.The tool had no problem with any of the cuts. I probably cut up to1 1/4" .I'm sure this works as good as the name brand counterpart.I recommend this lopper. Saves $ and works fine.

I charged tis pruner uip and was really impressed that it really cut nearly 2 inch branches so smoothly. It it was still powerful after nearly 75 cuts (yes, I counted!).

So far, this pruner has performed adequately. It has tremendous power; even when cutting thicker branches. I keep my finger off the trigger when not actively cutting . Battery life is good; Dewalt batteries fit perfectly. It has an option to control the opening of blades. I do not use that feature, but others might find it useful.

If you are debating buying this product, buy it. It’s the greatest thing since sliced bread. It’s a game changer. I’ve put it to the test also. It has held up great. I had to tighten one Allen screw and that’s it. If you can get it inside the jaws, it cuts it! It has a cool little digital counter on it that keeps up with trigger pulls. I cleared a bob wire fence line with it and my count was over 500 cuts!

i got this product and did not use it right away but when i used it it started off working great but after a few uses the cutting part did no longer work. i got one use of it and then i tried all the trouble shooting that it said in the booklet nothing worked. i was unable to return due to return due to the deadline but I THINK IT IS UNFAIR TO HAVE TO KEEP THIS PRODUCT WHICH DID NOT WORK. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE. i feel the company should allow the product to be returned.
